Everything to do with Fixpart was easy and worked exactly as it should, however the courier company - DHL - failed to deliver to my Eircode address, even though it precisely located me in several common mapping apps.

Order not shipped after a week.No answer from customer Service.
Poor experience. Never again

First one arrived broken but replaced and delivered within 1 week. Absolutely no hassle.

Ordered 2 parts, fan and fan motor, the motor arrived within the delivery window, waited for the fan (which I was told was in stock); one month later they respond to repeated emails saying that it had been ordered from a supplier, and there was no eta to them so they couldn't say when it would be delivered to us... Motor was installed and were waiting for the fan, not much use for one without the other...

Fixpart getting 2 stars as the website is very well laid out. But I am trying to return an item for almost 3 weeks now and they have not acknowledged the returned items and will not respond to my request - very poor after sale service

Easy website access and easily found part I was looking for, customer service contacted to say a delay on my purchase but arrived two days later, working no issues here.

Never got the part, customer service takes forever to reply. Want me to fill out a form which takes time. I couldn’t even be arsed wasting me time for the sake of 28 euro. Terrible company

Part arrived smashed. Contacted Fixpart and sent photos and no reply.

I am STILL waiting on my part, even though it dispatched and I was given a tracking number Monday, that constantly shows “no events”. I have sent 4 emails and now this morning, I get a generic email to say sorry that customer service hasn’t been in touch. I want an urgent reply as to where our part is or I will be contacting the bank for return of payment immediately.

This is my second time ordering from Fix Part.

Website was easy to follow and asked the righ questions on model number etc. to help ensure the correct part was delivered. The part arrived the same week - good service throughout.

Rapid order despatch,well packaged,DHL are excellent couriers and Fix it have top notch product knowledge, professional attitude and friendly approach in their communication.

I'd give no stars if I could.Useless.No customer service.Ordered two things mid July.Said online dispatch date would be August 1st.That date came & went & never changed on-line.I'm still waiting for the products to be dispatched & it is August 26th.
I sent 4 emails querying the delay & didn't get a response from a human until today when PayPal got involved to cancel my order & refund my money.Never again will I order from fixpart.ie.My advice would be to avoid
