Save your money and time and buy elsewhere!!

I ordered two items at a cost of over £50 which were a pair of draw front clamps & a draw runner jig back in April 2025. I received nothing at all and after a month I started to send emails as the phone number did not work. I eventually received a reply apologising and offering to send the items out to me. A week later I received 1 x draw front clamp. I emailed them back and they said that I only purchased 1 x clamp which is incorrect as the item was listed as a set of 2 x clamps. I still to this day have received no draw runner jig or the other missing clamp.

Stay well away from this company! I think they are just set up to do drop shipping from a manufacturer in China and don't hold any stock or have any kind of after sales here in the UK.

Save your money and time and buy elsewhere!!

Utrolig skuffet over deres forsendelse…

Utrolig skuffet over deres forsendelse hvor alle produkter er taget ud af deres originale kasser og smidt det hele ned i en pose, som så betød at flere produkter er ødelagt og der er også mangler. Selv manualer var ødelagt. Jeg kontaktede dem og fik at vide jeg skulle sende en mail med mangler og det ødelagte så ville de sende nyt. Det har jeg så gjort op til flere gange fra forskellige mails men får en mail retur dagen efter der fortæller at at mailboks er fyldt eller der er anden fejl så man kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem. Forsendelse kom fra kina og tog 3 uger.

Avoid Fivalo - misleading product info

Stay away. I ordered clamps advertised as “4 pcs” (and in Danish “4 stk”) – both in the product name and invoice – but received only one. Fivalo refused to correct the issue, claiming the photos were just for illustration. This is not a misunderstanding, it’s a scammy business practice. No refund, no replacement, no accountability. Don’t trust this company.

Pésima experiencia

Pésima experiencia. Compre un set de mechas el 6 de junio y nunca las recibi. Mande varios mails tratando de obtener una respuesta y nunca me respondieron.

No cometan el error de ser estafados.

Het duurde " slechts" 1 maand voordat de bestelling binnen kwam.
De producten waren slecht verpakt, zonder gebruiksaanwijzing.
En 1 set betekent 1 stuk bij dit bedrijf.
Bij alie expres is het zelfde profuct goedkoper en sneller binnen.

Received wrong products, and support is missleading or doesnt respond

I've ordered 2 products, of which only 1 came that I ordered, the other product were some bits i have no use for. After contacting the support, they've twice answered that they are working on the Order and that I will receive a new tracking number. After contacting them the third and fourth time in delay of two weeks - I've received no answer.

UPDATE: They did send the missing items eventually, but with a 2 month delay and 0 communication.
All products are I ordered are very good.

Wrong delivery, nu support to help

I ordered some tools, unfortunately they send me the wrong ones. This can happen but after 2 emails and one request via their website after 2 weeks still no answer!! People make mistakes, so I can accept a wrong delivery. But zero service afterwards is very very annoying!

Varen var ikke den samme som annonceret på websiden - Første gang jeg henvendte mig til kundeservice fik jeg hurtig (men forkert) svar tilbage - Derefter har jeg intet hørt, selvom jeg har rykket for svar 2 gange de sidste par uger.

Hur lurad är jag? Inget svar från deras kundtjänst på en månad

Uppdatering: efter leverantörens svar på min recension testade jag att skicka in ärendet på nytt precis som de bad om men har fortfarande inte fått svar efter 3 veckor. Bedrövligt!

Beställde tre produkter. När paketet kom innehöll det ingen av de produkter jag beställt men två liknande produkter. När jag skickade mitt första reklamationsmail fick jag bara ett jättekonstigt svar. sedan har de slutat svara. Är nog bara att inse att jag är lurad.
