Cool gadget. I'm very happy.

I bought a concealed cabinet door hinge jig. The jig is ok I guess but the forstener bit can’t carve out even Pinewood! It took me 15 minutes to drill ONE hinge hole!! I went through a full charge of my battery!! Do Not buy this junk!!

Helps to install doors easilyer.

I got the wrong item. I emailed them several times about it and never got a reply

You are making it easy to set up the dimension One Time throughout of the process to installing the draw boxes with this hardware.
And and avoiding serious mistakes.

Do not buy from Fivalo.

It is a drop shipment company with poor quality, damaged products, incomplete shipment, horrible packaging and very bad service with no reply on my e-mails.
After almost 1 month of no activity I had sent an e-mail and received a reply that they would contact the shipment company. After almost 2 months of no shipment activity I had send an e-mail that I want to cancel my order and requested a refund but 3 days later they had send the order anyway.

I received the order in 2 shipments within in a horrible soft shell envelop packaging without proper protection for the products (tools). Most of them arrived damaged and also 2 products from the order are missing. After receiving the second shipment I have send 2 e-mails to Fivalo too reports these problems and receive a return label with shipping instructions, but I am still waiting on a response.

The return policy on their website refers to a contact form so that they will send you return instructions. But how can you do that when they do not reply. Also the return section on their shopify account contains incoherent nonsense text in 2 languages.

I repeat do not buy from fivalo.

I had an issue with a part that I believe I'd paid for that hand't arrived, but there was a grey area with it and some companies wouldn't have sent the extra part. The guys to their credit sent it out. So you can trust them. Their product is well made and worked as intended. I'm happy.

De borgring op dit scharnieren boortje is binnen twee keer schroeven dol. Wanneer je de borgring aandraait zodat hij niet te diep in het materiaal zaagt draait hij dus snel dol waardoor de borgring niet op z’n plek blijft.
Twee keer gemaild via het contactformulier op de website (waar je geen terugkoppeling of volgnummer van krijgt) en geen reactie. Mailadres klantenservice doet lijken te verwijzen naar contact@fivalo… maar de link erachter gaat naar niemandsland en geeft ongeadresseerde terugkoppeling mailto:hello@domain…

Volgens mij zijn ze heel goed in marketing maar doen ze niks met garantie of aftersales. Waardeloze e-commerce partij

The quality of the product was better than expected.

Ik heb 24 februari besteld bij Fivalo, maar tot op heden nog niks ontvangen.

I have just try it on one drawer I like that automatically give me a 2mm reveal between drawers ,the only down fall I can see is the clamping if your drawer box and the drawer front are close to the same size you can close the drawer with out the hitting the above drawer if you are using 16mm & 18mm sheet good

I love it, it’s made alinging the doors so much easier. 😁
