Still hasn't shipped and will not respond

I bought some much needed items from these guys. I got a (label created) message, then nothing. I've reached out several times, emails and the phone number I found online. They ignore all of my attempts to contact them. Stay away from these guys

Still waiting for refund.

I purchased a Stainless Steel Precision Square on the 10th December 2025. The item never arrived although they said it was delivered. As it wasn't i asked for a refund. They said they would refund my money but never did. I have emailed them several times but they have just ignored me. I have now asked my bank to get involved to try and retrieve the money owed. Very disappointed and feel conned.

• the email used at checkout
• the delivery address / postcode
• any tracking number you received

Mention that this is regarding a missing “delivered” order from 10 December 2025 and an unprocessed refund. Once we verify the details, we will either issue the refund right away or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Warning: Avoid Shopping Here!

I want to strongly warn everyone against buying anything from this store. The products are nothing more than cheap Chinese goods, with quality indistinguishable from what you can find on sites like AliExpress and Temu.
Not only do they completely fail to meet the delivery deadlines, but the products also arrive packaged in the typical, careless 'Chinese style.' What's worse, you end up paying twice the price compared to the platforms I mentioned above.
I will never purchase anything from them again.
To top it all off, their customer service is at a dramatic, abysmal level. The helpline number provided seems to be there just for show, as it never answers.
Summary: High prices for low-quality, delayed, and poorly packaged items, backed by non-existent customer support. Look elsewhere!

Fivalo What a waste of 2 months.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Service

I ordered a Pro Pocket Hole Jig from Favilo on the 25th of October and I’m still waiting for the item to arrive. I’ve repeatedly chased them via their website and email, and only received a response in late November saying the item was out of stock—something that was never stated at the time of ordering.

They claimed new stock was due in a few days and that my order would be shipped immediately. It’s now December, I still haven’t received anything, and they are no longer responding to my emails.

Very poor customer service, which explains their 3.1-star rating. It’s a real shame as I’ve purchased from them before without any issues, but this experience has completely put me off. I won’t be buying from them again.

Update: Still no Pocket hole jig, suddenly I get a refund with no explanation! I didn’t want a refund I wanted the tool. What a complete waste of 2 months! shocking service.

Steer clear, people.

J’ai commandé un petit outil pour gabarit qui m’a bien ete utile. Il a mis du temps à arriver mais il était nickel. En plus je m’était trompé d’adresse de livraison et ils ont corrigé l’adresse apres la commande
