Ordering was straightforward from start to finish. The website is easy to use, measurements were simple to enter, and there was plenty of choice without it being overwhelming. My glasses arrived quickly and were well packaged. The quality is very good for the price and they fit exactly as expected. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d happily order from them again.

Super experience!
The whole process was very good. You could take your time looking and trying so many styles. I ended up getting 2 but having to change 1 of them as it didn't fit and they made the whole process very stress free. The prices are amazing too. So can't fault anything. Would recommend!

Bought 2 pairs, one was fine, other wasn't right. Customer service was amazing. Offered refund or coupon with free shipping and didn't need to return glasses. So easy and no issues. Will definitely order more ☺️

Orders my glasses with FIRMOO about 3weeks ago , and I was pleasantly surprised, they are perfect. It was very easy just to fill in your prescription. The hard part was to choose what glasses to pick they are all so trendy and stylish with many options of colors. I choose ones with the sanglasses clip on. I love them. Definitely ordering more.

The website is easy to navigate, the variety of frames is very good.
