It was good customer service experience, only problem I found was limited car options with premium category and far away from Heathrow even though you provide shuttle service

Good car and easy to organise.
However the shuttle service when we dropped the car back did not work - we waited 40minutes and then had to get an Uber to the airport - which the company did not then offer to pay for. A shame as otherwise we may have considered them for our next car hire in a months time. Ie ‘service recovery’ was non-existent

Very poor experience. First they told me they don't accept American Express. Really, a car agency doesn't accept American Express???? So, I had to use my VISA Debit Card, which necessitated insurance, which they assured me would be refunded once they approved my insurance with the boss who wasn't there. I was refunded nothing and feel absolutely swindled looking back. Do not rent from these people.

Update: If you call their line to get explanations it likely won't be answered. I've called their number 30+ times since my rental and it always goes straight to voicemail, which is full. So don't expect any real customer service if you're naive enough to rent from these guys.

I've sent numerous emails and found very obtuse customer reps who apparently do not feel that the customer is always right, which is the basis of good business. At final rentals the credo appears to be that the customer is wrong and we don't have the means or the gumption to address their needs. Anyway, it's been the single most miserable rental experience I've had in my entire life, and it's not even close.

What we experienced at this location over the Christmas holiday was by far one of the worse experience in our lives. All the negative reviews is correct and the ones that rate this location at a higher rating is all computer generated.
After paying in full and showing up to the location after getting picked up by the shuttle service they offer over 1/2 hour after we landed, the guys working that night tried to extort myself along with 4 other families that was there for over 1K or more after we have all paid in full under our reservations. They were unprofessional and ultimately shut the doors, locked us out and refused to take us back to the airport. It is not a coincidence that all of us came from different parts of the US and booked through different agency's but was met by the same outcome; no car rental unless we paid the extra $800- $2,000 between everyone's reservations. After showing the requirements of auto insurance and conformation, we were still not able to rent unless we paid the additional fees that they would not provide us a print out of explanation of where these extra fees came from. There was supposedly no manager to talk to or shuttles to take us back to the airport while all this went down, the shuttle that picked us up showed up and the guys at the counter told the drive to not take any of us back to the airport. We all found means of getting back to our destination but the unprofessionalism and scams that these guys were doing needed to be addressed and We would never recommend this company yet alone the location. After speaking to an uber driver that picked us up from our hotel to the airport to get a new rental, he told us that we were not the only family that was picked up at this location that night. There were numerous clients of his that stated the same incidents that happened that night. A total Scam or at least the most unprofessional individuals who claimed they were the owner and managers on duty on behalf of the agency and gave false information just to get us out of the door so they can lock the door behind us.

Amazing service. Shuttle from the airport was seamless. Friendly staff who were very helpful and responsive. Car was immaculate and high spec. Overall we were very with the service and will definitely be using again when we fly into Heathrow. Top service.

No where on their website does it say the additional insurance requirements must be activated for at least 30’days. We get the insurance and they tell us at check in we owe $1200 for the insurance since we haven’t had the additional coverage for 30 days but they will reduce it to $950. Scammers for days!! Do not use them!

Fruad, booked a car, flight git delayed by 30 mins. On landing called them they arranged the pickup and when i Reached told me you are a no show so cannt give you the car on the same rate. And started offering me cars o. Higher rates. Never should have picked me up if they were not going to give the car to me.

Company looks to dupe you by adding ridiculous Insurance and Toll Activation prices.

I got a car rental reservation for 170$ and while picking up they wanted me to pay 800$!

There were 2 other parties in the same shuttle as mine and they too were duped like that and ended up not renting with them.

Helpfull staff, great service and clean and new cars .l will always choice a Finalrentals and recomend this company all my friends.
