Great communication, car was new and clean, staff friendly and helpful. No issues. The hire place is a little distance from the airport but the price made up for the small inconvenience.

We sadly did not get to actually rent a car from Final Rentals due to the cold snap affecting the Bahamas forcing the cancellation of our son’s swim meet on Nassau. But the ease in reserving a vehicle through their site, and their prompt and hassle-free response to our request to cancel the reservation left a very good impression. We hope to use their service again in the future.

Do NOT rent a car with this company
Do NOT rent a car with this company, the first price is great but they charge you with very high insurance costs that are supposed to be reimbursed upon reception of your insurance proof (first time in my life I had to prove I had a specific car insurance but...). Four weeks later we are still waiting for the reimbursement and are unable to reach them via phone. Moreover when you bring back the car you are charged with extra fees that where not anounced.
We should have read the reviews carefully.

I had a very bad experience with this…
I had a very bad experience with this car rental company due to extremely poor customer service.
They clearly told me that I could rent a car using a photo of my driver’s license. Based on this, I made my plans. But just before the rental time, they suddenly canceled my reservation and said I must have a physical card.
This last-minute change put me in a very difficult situation. If this is their policy, they should have told me in advance. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable service.

Avevo fatto una prenotazione di un auto , poi si è aggiunta una persona e 4 mesi prima della partenza ho fatto un 'upgrade dell'auto - mi è arrivata regolare conferma , con tanto di Voucher di prenotazione - una volta arrivato di sabato sotto Natale all'aeroporto , mi hanno saputo solo dire " che a loro risultava solo da disdetta dell'auto e NON l'upgrade - Non ci è stato nulla fìda fare - mi hanno lasciato a piedi- INAFFIDABILI E DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Had a very good experience with Final Car Rental!
overall experience was very good, had some slight issues which were from my end and from the Madrid airport as to find the right exit and pick up location was an issue since we do not speak Spanish but the people at FCR accommodated us well and came to me instead. car was clean and spacious exactly what i wanted and the return was a slight issue due a early flight but again they accommodated to my needs very well. needed to use a translator to communicate properly but in todays time that not much of an issue either. overall very pleased and they made some annoying situations bearable, which i cant ask for more.

Nice car. But non-existent shuttle service
Good car and easy to organise.
However the shuttle service when we dropped the car back did not work - we waited 40minutes and then had to get an Uber to the airport - which the company did not then offer to pay for. A shame as otherwise we may have considered them for our next car hire in a months time. Ie ‘service recovery’ was non-existent
