Poor service
Having ordered a jacket but heard nothing from the company after 7 days, I phoned their customer services dept. I was told the jacket was out-of-stock and unavailable - but nobody had bothered to inform me of the fact i'e very poor customer services.

Quality at its best.
This is my 4th purchase with Fife Country. Excellent customer services with ordering and delivery second to none. Top quality with everything I have received and excellent bargains to be had in the offers section. Highly recommended.

We are disappointed to read your review. Our returns policy allows you to return unworn items for up to 3 months after purchase if you are not happy with them for any reason. Items can be exchanged or a refund given. Footwear can be returned free of charge.

This is the 4th item I have purchased from you. All correct fit and as described. Delivery time a little long but probably just a busy time of year for everyone.

Great shopping experience
Recently ordered a fleece lined shirt and an outdoor sweater. Items arrived promptly via Royal Mail. Both items are of very high quality and were very well packaged. Ordered on Sunday 18h December and items arrived on 22nd of December. Whole shopping experience from customer service to delivery was very positive. Will certainly purchase again from this company.

Despite two emails and completing two online forms, nobody bothered to respond. Endless discounts, we were going ahead to pay online, when we gather with all the discounts, a difference of a little over £4.00 in the pricing, than if you took discounts into question.
Email even addressed to MD, negative response. hence the title of this review.

The second pair of boots are rubbish as well
The second pair of boots, the same problem, eyelet on left hand boot comes detached after wearing 3 times. So now I have to wait for 2 weeks while the boots are returned so they can look at them! Appalling quality control.

Placed my order by phone. What a surprise to be greeted by a such a welcoming voice and my order taken with such efficiency and product knowledge. Credit card transaction easily made and was assured my order would be delivered within 10 days. Really astonished when my parcel arrived within 3 days, such service is rare these days. All items were just as I had ordered, great quality and superb fit. Will certainly recommend and use again.
