I have been looking for a comfortable waterproof hiking shoe for all round weather conditions, which I have found in Fyfe Country. The Beauly trekking shoe is ideal and a perfect fit for me. They are hard wearing and comfortable to wear at all times. They are smart and can be worn with a variety of clothing. Would recommend to anyone.

Its a top quality company with no gimmicks and you get great quality for your money.I have just replaced my Balmoral slippers after 3-4 years ware > I am sure the replacement will be every bit as good as the old ones. I love dealing with this company.

I bought one and then another four micro-fleece lined country shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and it really does keep you a lot warmer than I expected, once you have worn one you will buy more, a very low price for quality product, will be buying more from this high standard Co, also delivery very quick

Have a pair of their "Hoggs of Fife" field wellington boots. The left boot has started to leak. Drove to their Strathmiglo shop to discuss the issue as the boots are only 2 years old with very occasional use.... (and not cheap so expect years out of them)

The shop assistant wouldn't even discuss the issue... was told "two years..... absolutely not!" in the most patronising manner... was made to feel like I was there to defraud them. All in front of other customers.

The boots obviously have a material or manufacturing defect as the right boot is the same age, with the same occasional use, but it's not leaking.... but didn't even get to have that discussion. Will never shop there again.

Having been a customer of Fife Country for several years I can vouch for the excellent service they give. This service would mean nothing without the high standard of their products. Fife Country consistently produce an extensive range of top quality clothing and footwear. A pleasure to shop with.

I have bought a number of items over the years and always they have been an excellent product at a great price. Just bought an a Argyll jacket. Really well made, could not be better.

After posting my complaints about the Hawick shoes that I bought for my husband, we were so incensed by Fife Country's complete denial of any problem as far as they were concerned that we went to the trouble of taking the shoes to two separate, experienced, shoe repairers, both of whom gave the same opinion - i.e. that the shoes had been stored for a very long time in the wrong conditions, which is why the soles had completely disintegrated. As the Customer Service agent who replied to my last message referred to me as 'Mrs Long' (not my name) I assume that Fife Country had received more than one complaint about these shoes and complaints department couldn't keep up to speed.
Absolutely disgusting service from what I had assumed to be an honourable company.
The shoes I bought have been consigned to the bin but I wish I could share the photos showing their condition as it deteriorated throughout the year. Strangely enough a Fife Country catalogue dropped through my letterbox this week and these same shoes (which hopefully are a different shipment to ours) are still on sale at £89.99. If you're tempted to buy them check them carefully........

hi ive just received kinloch tweed sports jacket. fantastic quality jacket for the money. i have bought previous item`s. fleece`s waterproof jacket`s etc from fife country and every item has been delivered promptly. last of all your customer service team are all very polite and very helpful....thank you all.

Ordered fleece gilet 4419nvl, came quickly by Royal Mail ( better than most couriers ), better quality than I expected--should have known from previous orders from Fife.

Just purchased another Quality product very satisfied with that and with the service.

I bought a pair of waterproof shoes which were extremely comfortable from day one. Sadly, the welt separated from the upper after only a few months and I reported this to Customer Services. They sent me a free returns label without hesitation, and refunded the cost of the shoes within days. The service couldn't have been better.

Service is fine, but quality of 3 shirts and jacket I purchased is poor. Suspect they are made in China…arms too narrrow, shirts too short, signs of economy with materials.
