Driving in these shoes is now excellent

I purchased these from an advert and I thought it would be a bit of a gamble but I was totally surprised with the quality and service which as been 5 star customer care is the best I have ever had nothing was to much trouble and explaining about returns and other question I asked
These Crossford trainer shoes have been so comfortable I have ordered a second pair they come Walnut and Maple both are lovely colours I have now a pair of both including a catalogue of the other Country clothing and shoes they sell
It’s such a shame I did not know this Fife Country Company existed before seeing the advert.if you want quality this company is for you
I will certainly be purchasing other items

Awful experience. I tried to order a shirt in the sales this morning by phone. I was told I was 3 in the queue so decided to try again later. Fours hours later I phoned again only to be informed that the system was down! So I then tried to order it on line....this was also an unsuccessful encounter. I wonder whether the company can cope when dealing with sales. I have bought quite a lot from Fife Country but will now look elsewhere.

Staff go the extra mile to help in store, ive always bought local but on a trip to Scotland we made the effort to call in as ive brought hoggs for more years than I care to count,
Well worth a visit only one item was ordered and posted down and they even timed it to arrive for our return home.

I find Fife Country has top quality products and have bought footwear and clothing over the past years. Recently I ordered a lovely checked shirt which arrived promptly, beautifully packaged with incredible detail. With no need to return, I promptly tried on the shirt which fitted perfectly. This is satisfaction at a highest level and I am frequently informing friends and family to look at your website or better still visit your store in Cupar. Lots of variety and quality clothing and worth a visit.

Well fitting shoes but the quality is poor. On the 1st wear the colouring came off the shoe toes when I had to kneel doen to provide a training session. Never had this problem with a shoe before.
Contacted them by their website but stated they had never received the complaint.
Still awaiting a reply.

I unexpectedly had to return an order to this excellent firm so they could replace it. The day they received the return was the day they sent a replacement. I have never received such prompt treatment from any firm, and all with no quibbling. My winter wardrobe has very few items in it that aren't from Fifes, and without exception I have found that their description of the stock they sell is completely accurate. Tough gear!

I have now received the second pair of shoe from Fife Country. It was a pleasure to find a British made shoes of such a high quality. The company is easy to deal with and always pleased to help. I will have no hesitation in purchasing from Fife Country in the future.

I bought a pair of walking boots ln March and after using them 4 or 5 times one of the lace holders pulled out of the fabric while lacing them up. I returned them with a covering letter requesting a full refund. The only response was a refund of the purchase price minus the postage costs both ways. Ordered another pair of Fortrose shoes this week which arrived promptly. Buying shoes was previously always a problem for me but Fife Country wide fitting footwear are exceptional and so comfortable.

First purchase from this company a Fleece jacket. Although there was a slight delay in shipping I have now received the item. I can only say that the quality is second to none and the price was unbelievable. I will be back for more items in the future.

I paid £34 for a hoggs of fife shirt that was in stock, I received a confirmation email only to find that later in the day I received another email apologising and stating the item is out of stock. But after several emails and despite being assured otherwise I still have not received my money back and am disappointed with Fife country to say the least.7 days and still waiting.

These people keep sending me promo material despite my asking them to remove me from their database. I have never dealt with them so could never have given consent to contact me. I've written to them and they ignore me.

Bought a pair of walking boots just under a year ago, so I got in touch with "Fife" to order another pair, as they were so good and extremely comfortable. I was inquisitive to work out how many miles I had walked in them, as I do a lot of walking. I asked the lady when I bought them, thinking I had them well over a year. The lady asked if I had a problem with them and I said not really, but I have just got a split in the boots sole, which was letting some water I was utterly amazed when she told me that they were still under guarantee.and that they would sent to me a new pair. To honour there honesty I bought a new pair as well.
It is very rare, these days, for companies to be as honourable as this.
I will always remember this and buy from them, when I want some outdoors to wear.

I was promised that if the shoes I purchased did not meet my requirements I would be refunded. I tried the shoes on in the house and they were too heavy . So I returned the shoes in the original package two weeks ago
Today I received them back No explanation. So I rang Customer Services who told me I should have received a letter explaining that the shoes were not in the original condition. There was no letter and the shoes are as good as new
On the telephone there was noone to discuss my complaint but when I bought the shoes the sales person was quite emphatic that I would be refunded if the shoes were not satisfactory
I have to say that the guarantee from the Company is worthless and I wouldn't encourage anyone to buy goods from Fife if the goods purchased are not up to scratch.
