Have purchased many hundreds of pounds worth of goods from fife country and never had any real problems until now.
Bought a pair of sandals in July which proved to be excruciatingly painful if used for walking. Returned them after having to ask twice for a returns label only to be told they could SEE no problem with them and that I was 7 days passed the returns time. This would not have been the case had I received prompt returns label. Sandals had a design fault and not fit for purpose.
Not quality footwear on this occasion, and do not value regular customers.

Purchased 2 pks of long socks last December heels worn out within weeks - they were replaced with no problems - the replacement lasted to about August this year "not good for so called quality" the second Pk I have started about August and already showing signs of wear ! The shirts I have had for years due to there quality Last 2 ordered Dec21for 2XL size returned Due to the size no where near 2xl and they were replaced with 3XL the quality and thickness of these shirts nothing like early ones purchased from them - Im writing this complaint now ! due to just noticing the wear of the socks not at all good I have never known such rapid wear of these products - certainly not using them again

I bought two pairs of Hoggs hiking boots and i am very impressed with the all round quality. They are sturdy and comfortable, a very good quality product, plus delivery was very prompt.

Pleased with my new Canvas cap. Comfortable fit and brim to shade from the sun.

What a relief! To find well fitting, good quality clothing after searching on line for quite some time. Since Orvis stopped shipping from the UK, I’ve been looking for longer shirts and Fifes are just the thing and much better value for money. Well done and thank you

Do not buy their boots if you want a long-lasting product. I bought a pair of Glencoe Waterproof Hiking Boots last year and the heels and soles have worn very badly to the extent that the grip is badly compromised and I need to buy new boots. I wrote a review for them pointing this out but it was not published; all the reviews on their site are 5 stars! Back to Berghaus which lasted me years

Having purchase items from Fife Country in the past I thought that they were reliable and trustworthy. How wrong I was! I placed an order for two pairs of trousers and two belts to wear for a weekend family function, ordering in good time for them to arrive. On arrival I discovered the sizing was completely off, 42" waist had been supplied when I had ordered 32" waist.
On contacting Fife I was promised my ordered would be rectified immediately with replacements being sent out 24hr post to arrive in time for the party. No such luck, the usual postage meant that they arrived on the Tuesday following.
I complained and was offered a 10% discount off my next order, if there is a next order. I also raised the issue that orders over £125 were sent out 'postage free' but I was charged £4.95 postage. Although my order was only just over the £125, post free is post free! I e-mailed Fife about the carriage charge but they didn't even bother to respond. The irony is that I got a new brochure from them today and guess what! I can get 10% off my next order! If there is a next order.

I was lucky enough to receive 3 shirts for my 75th birthday.One from my partner and two from my son. My son purchased XL size which were to big. I called Fife Country and they said they had no record of the order and when I checked with my son found he had ordered from another company.
Fife Country solved my problem by supplying the smaller L size from there own stock which was brilliant. So really pleased with the Tattersall shirts and the service I received

Excellent quality lined winter shirts. 5star. They wash well and are a dream to iron - - when /if necessary.

Ordered online in the sale was easy at a good price followed by a quick well packaged delivery. The quality shoes were a good fit. I look forward to using Fife Country again.

I ordered two items for my husband. Very easy to place order online and received email more or less immediately to confirm order. Was kept up to date on delivery and the parcel arrived with us very quickly. Excellent service. We are very pleased with the items ordered and they fit perfectly. Thank you very much.

I received some leather slippers as a present but they were the wrong size. I phoned their customer services team who explained how to use the pre-paid postage sticker and return for a larger size. On the returns form I asked if they could send the replacement direct to me instead of the person who had gifted them. The were able to accommodate my request and the new slippers were delivered very quickly.
I was impressed by the quality and service of this company. Thank you

A lot of months ago I purchased a pair of walking shoes,Code A686BR46 at £69.95.
Over the years I have purchased many different walking shoes,my latest purchase from Fife Country was money well spent,the quality and the comfort of the shoes was incredible,so much so that I have purchased a pair for my Son,we frequently go to Rugby matches standings in the cold is not that pleasant,normally I have to wear a thick pair of socks,the last match I was at I wore my new shoes from Fife Country,forgot to put on the heavy socks which was not needed my feet were like toast.
I have no idea what the shoes are made from all I can say is on a points score I give them 10 out of 10.

Hi received another order from you the other day as per usual the order was perfect the shirt I bought for my husband was a perfect fit and is extremely warm and comfortable also the several pairs of shoes fit him perfectly he wears them every where, if only I had found your company years ago it would have saved me traipsing around the stores trying on pairs and pairs o f shoes, I have recommended your company to my friends and at my club and can’t praise you enough. I recently started looking for very good quality moleskin trousers and purchased one pair. The quality was excellent so I made a further purchase of two pairs of moleskin jeans and a waterproof Greenking jacket.
The quality is the very best that I have ever found. and the clothes are true to size. FifeCountry is a real find and top of my clothes suppliers. Everything else will only be second best to this business. The prices are also very reasonable and delivery times very fast.

Bought Munro walking boots late last year. 1 year and two weeks after purchase, the upper has come away from the sole. Because we tried to stop them leaking during a walk by putting Evostik in the split, they won't consider looking at the fault. Such a shame as they were brilliant boots for a year. This is not the sort of response that brings repeat orders. I'll never use this firm again.

Highlander Fleece Shirt
Disappointed. I'm a large but buy XL for comfort.
This XL barely fits, sleeves are short and the cuff sizes are a joke. The right, despite having slim wrists, just about buttons, the left, worn slightly higher behind a watch - no chance. Should have returned it but couldn't be bothered.
Won't be buying anything else from Fife.

Very disappointed. Ordered some moleskin trousers on 12th November which were, according to the website in stock. Rang them on 19th to chase the order as I wanted them for a trip abroad on 25th and was told they were in stock & they would chase the order up. Rang again on 22nd & was told they would contact the warehouse to expediate delivery & that they would be with me before my trip. Checked my order on their website on 23rd- which showed the order was being processed - so followed up with a phone call & advised the order was being processed. When I asked whether they would be with me before my trip on 25th and was told they would not - ended up cancelling the order. Now left trying to get some elsewhere with only tomorrow left

I am very pleased with my jumper Lothian thyme that I received in very quick time from you it is also of good length and so I am more than satisfied with it fromm

On a different subject I bought a guile jacket from you that long ago I cannot remember when, but as the weather is now turning colder I have just retrieved it from the coat peg in the hall.
It is the warmest most practical coat I have ever owned I am 73years old .
I would recommend it to anyone who needs a warm waterproof easy to ware winter coat that will last years.
