Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

Dreadful connection
Dreadful connection. Constant drop outs & left without WiFi overnight / on days when working from home. Have no choice but to be with Fibrenest due to restrictions moving onto a Charles Church estate. Whole estate suffers. I refuse to pay more for a WiFi connection that drops out regardless of the router you have.

Excellent Service Delivery
Lolu’s customer service delivery was very professional and he was very emphatic of the issues experienced and immediately swung into action ensuring that the issue with my internet connectivity was resolved.
I was also amazed at the prompt delivery of the new router and the careful and seamless installation instructions which made all the process very smooth. Lolu was also on hand constantly offering quality advise where necessary and ensured that my internet connection was restored.
Very grateful to Lolu and the entire team for their excellent service delivery.

Moving is one of the most stressful…
Moving is one of the most stressful times of your lives especially when you're in your late 60's and everything is done by downloading apps - which I haven't got a clue about. The team at FibreNest (who I called multiple times) were just amazing and nothing was too much trouble - they were kind, understanding and had a sense of humour and most important of all treated me like a human being not a tech idiot.
