Perfect service. Could manage to get valid tickets on line for the needed ferry lines.

After having big problems with ferry schedules earlier in the year, all worked out fine on my trip from Rhodes to Symi, if only the ferry companies could release the schedules earlier!
Anyway great service, ticket collection etc

Would help to be able to download tickets online rather than having to collect them

Easy to order the tickets online. We chose to print out our outbound
e-tickets prior to flying to Santorini. Our Seajets transfer to Naxos went without a hitch. Similarly for our return trip from Naxos to Santorini, no
e-tickets available for Blue Star ferries, so we just popped into the local agent as advised. Everything worked like clockwork!

j'ai du changer de date mon billet retour.un seul mail,une réponse dans l'heure, changement 0,40€ pour 4 billets, payer dans l'heure, le changement c'est fait tout de suite après justification du paiement des 0,40€ et de plus un dimanche. efficacité, rapidité, simplicité, tout était parfait.

Voyage agréable entre le Pirée et l'île de Spetses sur ce Ferries spacieux avec sièges confortables où le personnel aide à monter les valises lourdes sur le bateau. Les seuls petits bémols résident dans l'amabilité du personnel un peu juste. Accrocher un sourire à son visage ne coûte rien! Puis, seul la langue anglaise, plus le grecque bien sûre, sont employées. Nous ne parlons pas anglais..

Sain hyvin neuvoa lippujen varauksessa sekä peruutuksessa kun Covid19 alkoi! Voucherin käyttö onnistui hyvin. Lippujen uudelleen varaus Voucherilla toimi yhdellä s-postilla. Tiedottaminen saarihyppelyn aikana oli ensiluokkaista, aikataulujen muuttuessa ja laivan vaihtuessa!

Alles super geklappt👍Tickets problemlos drucken lassen am Hafen, Fähre war immer pünktlich, wir hatten Economy gebucht, was völlig ausreichend war für die einzelnen Überfahrten…man findet überall ein Plätzchen, ob im Schatten oder in der Sonne…Verzehr und Getränke gibts an Board…

Very easy to use although the fees are a bit pricey. But very professionnal etickets are sent directly via email.

Very easy to book, everything worked fine, online tickets as well. Two bookings, followed by the third soon!

Very informative and easy to use website (I like that you can put in multiple destinations to work out the best ferry times and routes) and we received an email letting us know when we could check in. Would definitely use again - excellent all round! (please ignore my earlier review - I hadn't realised that Ferries in Greece had nothing to do with the ferry schedule/delay that we encountered so I am very happy to revise my review - fair's fair!)

Really satisfied
We took 3 ferries in May 22 and everything was fine. It was easy to check-in, we were notified of any changes in advance, boats were clean and comfortables.
It was not full season : we guess it's probably a bit more complicated in July or August.

Ferry travel in the Greek Cyclades was a wonderful experience. The only thing that detracted from my experience is the amount of garbage that everyone left. All the plastic drink cups and take out packaging from snacks. Then when the wind came up and the sea got rough a lot of this refuge was getting blown into the water. It was very distressing. The carelessness of travellers isn’t the fault of the ferry company but signage could be better to encourage travellers to remove their garbage and I found many garbage cans were already overflowing. Ferry companies could do better to reduce the amount of take out and plastics on the ferry.

Depature and arrival was punctual, a lot of seats. Just maybe more Information about the directly place of depature. PIREUS is a huge haven. We almost missed the boarding
