It was easy to use fatsoma platform to purchase my ticket and the charge fee was reasonable.
I would have preferred to be asked for the name I want on my ticket though instead of just automatically putting the ticket in my registered name.
Overall, service was nice.

Was not advised about the need to show…
Was not advised about the need to show the Blue Badge on entrance until after I bought the tickets. I’ve tried to explain that the Blue Badge has to be displayed on the car to avoid a parking ticket, but I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

At Fatsoma we don't organise the events ourselves, we're the ticketing company that the event organisers use to sell their tickets.
All information on the event is provided by the event organisers rather than ourselves. It sounds like your feedback would be best suited to go to the event organisers. However if you do have a carers ticket you may be required to show relevant documentation.

The process was quick and easy. Just dissapointed it's £2.50 per ticket booking fee I booked a block of 10 so wasn't expecting the extra cost.

Quick and easy. Could be better when inputting a code as it generated another selection rather than amending the original which cause more options. And, I imagine it could lead to people failing to see the discounted option.

UPDATE[Ive had a rely from one of the emails and a lovey lady changed my tickets for me so im happy now.did take a few different email but one did get to the right person]
I've accidentally brought tickets for the motown night in Bristol instead of plymouth ive try to many times to get hold of someone to see if i could change destination on the tickets but no one has got back to me.There is no phone number only email.
Apart from this it was easy to buy the ticket.to easy !!This was the first time buying from these dont think I will be buying again from them shame as realy fancied going to this event !

The buying process was easy and…
The buying process was easy and straight forward. What pissed me off was the £0.99p charged for both tickets never mentioned upfront during the buying process as it was probably buried deep in the small print and this was on top of the £2.50 fee per ticket which WAS stated upfront....so you basically hid the 99p right up until i needed to pay and bang there it was was. You relied upon me not backing out at that stage. Very very very underhand 🤬😠
