Awful packaging
I 💯 love FaceTheory products! I have been using them for years now and they have definitely done a lot of good to my skincare.
That being said, I am now considering trying another brand because the new tube packing is absolutely HORRENDOUS! I am sorry but it just doesn't work. The tubes overflow, the caps are flimsy, I feel like I am always wasting product which is extremely frustrating.
Please rethink the packaging, the glass pots were brilliant, the tubes are really not.

Amazing company!
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review for this brand.
I've ordered four products from Facetheory so far. Two of these products didn't end up working for my skin, and so I sent an email asking them for a refund as they have a refund policy. The first time, they send me a refund within an hour, and the second time, they sent me a refund within 15 minutes! I honestly was so shocked by how good their customer service is.
Although their products are more on the expensive side, I still feel very comfortable buying products from them, as I know that their refund policy means that I won't be wasting any money if one of their products don't end up working for me.
I also have noticed that Facetheory tend to take their buyers' feedback into account. For example, they have changed the packaging of some of their products due to their customers having issues with the previous packaging of these products.
Overall, I 100% recommend this brand. They have fantastic customer service, and genuinely seem to value their customers. They sell a wide range of effective products, and they are also vegan and cruelty free - which I know is something a lot of people desire in a skincare brand. They also ship orders very quickly. And another thing I forgot to mention, is that they regularly have sales/discount codes and also offer bundle discounts!

I have been using Facetheory for years, they are my favourite skin care range and fit nicely within the budget especially when I purchase using a discount offer - I can buy my whole face care routine for less than $120 and this lasts me up to 6 months. Aluminium tubes are AWFUL
I loved Facetheory products and used them exclusively for years... but I can't bring myself to restock anymore because the packaging is soo awful 😭 There was nothing wrong with the previous, fully sustainable, glass containers with aluminum lids...and I could get every little bit out of them. The aluminium tubes are awful! Not only do the edges get sharp bits as the tubes get squeezed out of shape over time, making them uncomfortable to handle, but it's also so difficult to squeeze everything out which feels incredibly wasteful. The products are 5-star and I long to be able to re-purchase but until the packaging is sorted, it's a no from me 😢

Have used this company for a few years but I really don’t like the new packaging and struggle getting the last bit of product out of the tubes due to arthritic fingers. Pots were so much better.

The blemicalm is a beautiful formula. I went away for a while (back when it was still lumizela) and tried some other azelaic options but I’ve recently returned and really see that it is elite.

I have been using facetheory products on and off for a few years now and was always very impressed when using the eye creams but tbh the past 2 times I’ve purchased them it hasn’t been great, one left a gritty white residue around my eye so not ideal but was replaced and all fine but the new tube I bought as soon as I opened it half the contents flew out and there was no way of stopping it, as soon as I took my finger of the top it just kept spilling out so was left with less than a half a tube, not sure there is a fault with tube as I had to push lid down before being able to screw it on, don’t think I will be buying again sorry 😔

I HIGHLY Recommend Facetheory!
I have purchased loads of products from Facetheory. I highly recommend their products based on my experience and results.
I am currently loving the Azelaic Acid 15% Serum, Tranexamic Axid Serum, Niacinamide 20% Serum, ALL things Glow-C, Ectoin Barrier Moisturizer and finally the Soothing Oat Moisturizer.
I took away one star simply because I loathe the tubes, even after purchasing a few of the keys to help squeeze the product out. They keys are great quality but they are also heavy so my tubes are always toppling over. That is my only issue.

Ich möchte unbedingt noch eine Bewertung abgeben, da ich wirklich sehr zufrieden bin. Dank Ihrer Aktion habe ich bereits viermal bestellt, da hat sich das Marketingteam definitiv etwas Gutes überlegt.
Ich wollte von meiner bisherigen, sehr teuren Hautpflegeserie weg und etwas Neues ausprobieren. Nach einiger Recherche bin ich auf Facetheory gestossen, vor allem wegen der sauberen und transparenten Formulierungen. Inzwischen habe ich alle Cremes, Seren und Toner getestet und vertrage wirklich jedes Produkt hervorragend. Ein grosses Dankeschön an das Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteam.
Auch der Kundenservice ist top: Eine beschädigte Flasche wurde sofort und unkompliziert ersetzt, und alle Fragen wurden schnell sowie kompetent beantwortet.
Ein kleiner Hinweis noch: Als neue Kundin war mir das Rebranding zunächst nicht bekannt. Persönlich mag ich die braunen oder weissen Pumpflaschen lieber als die Aluminiumverpackungen. Diese wirken für mich etwas weniger hochwertig und sind im Alltag (z. B. unter der Dusche oder beim Peeling) nicht immer praktisch, da sich die Deckel teilweise schwer schliessen lassen. Aufgrund des deutlich besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses zu meiner vorherigen Linie nehme ich das jedoch in Kauf.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr happy und werde definitiv wieder bestellen.
