We're truly sorry to hear about the product waste and grey residue from the aluminium packaging. To address the grey residue issue specifically, we've updated to plastic caps on our aluminium tubes in recent months, which prevents the material interaction you described.

The switch from glass to aluminium tubes aimed to enhance sustainability through lighter weight for lower transport emissions and high recyclability, while better protecting formulas from contamination and oxidation. We recognise these benefits haven't outweighed issues like residue and dispensing control for some users.

Your input, along with similar feedback, is actively guiding our packaging reviews and improvements to balance usability, product preservation, and eco-impact. We've already implemented tweaks to reduce residue buildup in recent batches and continue exploring options.
