Our move away from glass was made to improve safety and reduce our carbon footprint, as tubes are lighter to ship and less prone to breakage. That said, we recognise that there’s still room to improve, and please know that we’re already reviewing and refining our packaging based on feedback like yours. In fact, we’ve recently updated the packaging for our HydraCleanse Rebalancing Gel Cleanser and Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser to make them easier to use and reduce waste and we’re continuing to explore other improvements, including more sustainable and refillable formats.

While our move away from glass was intended to reduce breakage, lower shipping emissions, and improve sustainability overall, we recognise that the current packaging isn’t working as well as it should. We’ve already updated the packaging for our HydraCleanse Rebalancing Gel Cleanser and Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser to make them more user-friendly and reduce product waste, and we’re continuing to refine our other packaging options in response to feedback like yours.
