I never got my order
I never got my order, placed almost a month ago, and nobody at FaceSocks will respond to my email. Of course there's no contact number to let me speak directly with a person. FaceSocks.com is terrible.

I was not impressed with the quality of…
I was not impressed with the quality of the socks. They are not at all fitted to the foot (think more of a long tube), and are made of polyester. One of the faces you cannot make out due to the exposure. It would have been nice to be made aware of this before printing it and paying over $34 for the socks. I would not order again from FaceSocks unless they improved the quality of the product.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I have ordered facesocks for the past 4 years on father’s day. This year the order was significantly more expensive, came late, and when i reached out for customer service for an anticipated delivery date i was never contacted. This will be the last time i order from facesocks!

Never received order/can’t reach customer service
I was excited to order a pair of socks for my husband for Father’s Day, however the package never arrived and I instead received someone else’s order. Contacted customer service via email and they asked for me to reply send them a photo of the order I received by mistake but the email bounced back saying invalid. Then I tried reaching out via the chat feature but we lost contact mid conversation because it wasn’t working.
Hoping to get a refund or some resolution but have been hitting a wall! Won’t be ordering again.

Horrible experience.
First of all, not only did I receive my order two weeks late that was supposed to be there for Father’s Day. But once it finally arrived at my dads house, it was someone else’s order. Then to top it off, it took me a week to try to reach somebody at the company. I tried reaching them through many avenues, and to no avail was I able to reach someone. FINALLY someone got back to me after trying over and over. Just a super frustrating situation overall and I will probably never order from this company again sadly

Horrible Experience
I ordered a pair of Facesocks for my Husband for Father's Day on 6/14. It's 7/1 and I still have no shipping information and have yet to receive what I ordered. However, I did receive someone else's collage blanket that I'm sure was also intended for Father's Day. I've emailed customer service as I was unable to locate a phone number and I've yet to hear back.
So to whoever received a pair of socks with both of daughter's faces on them, please don't be weird and wear them. Also, if you order a collage blanket and it appears your son got into Stanford, I've got it.
I will never be ordering from this company again. I realize mistakes happen, but the complete inability to speak to anyone directly and receiving no response following my email, goes to show how little the customer actually means to this company.
***7/15 update: Since this review, the company contacted me via email, however each time I attempt to reply, I receive an email stating it’s undeliverable to the email address. Once again there’s no phone number, so I’m stuck with no solution.
If anyone at Facesocks sees this, I’d like my order please and you need to change your email setting so customers are able to reply to you.
