I ordered socks for my daughter's family. No place did it ask me about sizes. I tried to contact them and it took me over five minutes and I had to enter my email address about 12 times. They could not find my order. Very frustrating.

I've ordered divvyup socks for 4 years for fathers day but thought I'd try these since tmobile offered a 50% off promo. These are awful. They look super cute but the fabric is so awful and thin. I'm sure my husband will not want to wear these. Luckily, I still have time to reorder our standard.

I placed an order for two pairs of custom socks on 12/22/2022. I received a confirmation email saying that
my order is being processed. However, my package has NEVER arrived. No tracking number, no response from the customer service.

I got my order delivered and it was a completely different order. I ordered 4 faces and the socks I got had a dog on it. I’ve tried to contact them through their online form with no response and the email is invalid that is on the website.

Placed an order for a blanket on 12/3/2022. Got a confirmation and they billed my credit card immediately. Package never arrived. Tracking number has said processing since 12/3. No response when you try to contact them through the website and the email address is not legit. I think I got scammed.

Never got my order and they make bogus claims and lies on emails. Now they just ignore me.

I order socks on November 30th. They supposedly shipped on December 7th and are somewhere in my state as of December 13th. As of today, Dec. 28th, nothing. No updates, no way to call company. No response from email requests. Getting to the point of having the charges reversed from my credit card. Very disappointing as I was excited to give the gift for Christmas.

What is going on with this company? My order has said completed for 2 weeks and still no updated tracking information. Nothing has actually shipped. The customer service email doesn’t go through and there isn’t any other contact information. I’m very frustrated and wondering if I should just dispute the charges at this point.

I bought these as a gift, and though they LOOK amazing, the socks are very weird shaped and just not very sock-like. I will continue to look for a company that makes comfortable and personalized socks.

The socks came on time and the gift recipient was thrilled to receive it! They were printed with good quality and I’m happy with my purchase!

Didn’t come out good, blurry and cropped super weird. wouldn’t have ordered had there been a proof. Had contacted about changing sock size right after ordering and no one got back to me. Took 20 days to get to me despite it saying 3-5 business days.

Well, I just didn’t love the look of the socks. I didn’t like the actual color from what I saw online and I didn’t like the material of the socks.(when the socks are put on, the design starts to look distorted) Also there is a distinct line running down the sock of no ink. I think also because I purchased from a different sock company before, I’m comparing this experience to my previous experience. And the previous socks were very well-made and designed.

SCAM!!! Never order!!
I ordered 4 pairs of socks, 2 with the same dog but with each a different image of him, one pair with 2 different dogs and one with another dog. I received 4 pairs of socks with just the one dog with the2 different images. The 2nd and 3rd dog were not on any socks. On the pair that was suppose to have 2 different dogs on them and they charged me for the additional dog ($2.99), but none of the 4 socks I received had 2 different dogs on them. I also did not get the 3rd dog on the socks. I reached out to FaceSocks and they told me I did not download 3 different dogs. I saw the images with all 3 dogs on the appropriate socks and the pair with the 2 dogs on them before I submitted my order. Also in the description on the order, the "images" were all different. They said to re-order (and pay) and they would give me 10% off. They will not answer me why they charged me for an additional dog on one pair of socks. Total rip off!!!

Super cute. This is the 3rd pair I’ve ordered but the first time I wanted two different faces. One is giant and the other is small but I think maybe that was my fault for the pics I uploaded?

Never received order!
Delivery says delivered to USA. I live in New Zealand.
No way of getting a response from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

Still have not received order. It's been like a month I think

Worst customer service ever! My order has been on hold for 2 weeks and I can not get ahold of anyone! The email does keeps kicking back as not working and there is no customer service line to call. The chat has been unresponsive as well! Can someone please contact me directly???

They followed our instructions and the socks were absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

Image on socks was clear and socks, including label super cute. $30 including shipping seems tad high for socks. Order took a couple more days to process than was expecting, but could be because order placed on a Friday.
