Jeg flover mig noget så grusomt over at jeg faldt i fælden med dette firma, at jeg ikke fra starten havde regnet ud at det var dropshipping. Jeg bilder mig selv ind at det er fordi jeg havde fire migræneanfald den uge; min opmærksomhed var ikke optimal.
Men hey, jeg fik min pakke! Sendt direkte fra shein eller temu. Så en anden gang (der bliver ikke en anden gang...) sparer jeg da de 200 dask i smed oveni originalprisen på godt 27 kroner og bestiller dem direkte fra Kina selv istedet. Skiderikker 🙄

Bestilte et par strømper den 28/10, de trak pengene på min konto den 30/10, skulle bruge strømperne den 20/11…har stadig ikke modtaget strømperne.

I ordered 10 days ago, and I've only just got an email saying they're almost ready to be made. What a joke of a company. They've had the same problem for 2 years ago, and not learnt that customers expect better.

Vreselijk. Ik heb al betaald en ik heb geen bevestigingsmail gehad. Ik kan nergens informatie vinden en via de klanten service krijg ik geen contact.

Fake company, no contact possible. Placed a order 4 weeks ago, still got nothing. What's app and mail also no respons.

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά.Αλλο προϊόν ζήτησα και ήρθε τελειως διαφορετικό.Δεν έχουν ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο να επικοινωνήσεις μαζί τους.Απο εκεί έπρεπε να το χα καταλάβει.Εγραψα στα σχόλια ακριβως τι χρειαζόμουν και μου έκαναν ότι ήθελαν εκείνοι και όταν έκανα παράπονα για αυτό που ήρθε μου είπαν ότι το γράφουν παντού στο σαιτ ότι ότι μπορούν φτιάχνουν.Εγω όμως ζήτησα κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Έπρεπε να αρνηθούν να πουν ότι αυτό δε γίνεται.Οταν ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων μου το απέκλεισαν οριστικά.Δεν ξανά ψωνίζω με τίποτα απ το συγκεκριμένο σαιτ.Πολυ κακό σέρβις και πεταμένα λεφτά.Οχι μόνο σαν εκτυπωτές δε μ έστειλαν ένα προσχέδιο να το εγκρίνω αλλά εκτύπωσαν ότι τους βόλευε και το έστειλαν γρήγορα να πάρουν τα λεφτά.Και είχα διευκρινίσει εγώ δε θέλω οικογένειες και ονόματα και φατσουλες στο χαλακι εισόδου.Ηθελα μια συγκεκριμένη φράση.Επρεπε ν αρνηθούν και όχι να στείλουν ότι ήθελαν.Απλα αποκαρδιωτικοι.

Producten zijn van slechte kwaliteit en er zitten vlekken in. Klantenservice is moeilijk te bereiken. Ze reageren bijna niet. Uiteindelijk hebben ze mij nieuwe sokken beloofd maar dat is al meer dan 1 maand geleden. Ga er vanuit dat ze geen nieuwe meer opsturen.

Ik bestelde mijn sokken op 10 maart als vaderdagscadeau (19 maart). De beloofde levertijd was 5-10 werkdagen, dus ik was er me bewust van dat deze misschien niet op tijd gingen aankomen.
Ondertussen zijn we 3 april, 18 werkdagen later en nog steeds geen sokken te zien. Op 27 maart kreeg in een mailtje dat mijn sokken verzonden waren, maar de leverdatum schuift steeds maar op.
Ik contacteerde ook de klantendienst, maar hier kreeg ik geen reactie op...

never got my order. reached out multiple times for help and didn't hear back until today (over 6 months later).

I ordered a blanket with two cat faces. I received a blanket with only one. I received a response to my first attempt to contact customer service, asking for pictures, which I sent. I never heard back after that, but suddenly received another package from them. The outside of the package showed my correct order, however inside was a blanket with some random cat's face on it instead. Attempts to resolve this issue were met with no response from their email only customer service. I have never seen such incompetence and horrible customer service.

Great company, great product, socks have arrived in perfect condition, few days before Christmas on time. I'm very happy with this company, everythink ok, I'm recommending them!

Ordered a custom blanket as a Father’s Day gift and it never arrived. Contacted consumer service multiple times and no answer. Had a file a dispute through my payment company!

Would not recommend this company. I give a 0 for customer service. As long as your socks aren’t dirty I thought they were great. I ordered 3 pairs of face socks. One was delivered with 3 black spots on the sock. I contacted them in plenty of time on their website and never heard back. I then started emailing from my email for proof of responses. They drug their feet getting back with me. I started in mid June and gave them all the info and pictures for proof and they never responded. So, eventually you forget and remember they never responded. I had forgot as time went on and contacted again in Sept. They said I was 30 days out of my window and they could offer me a discount. I said no and this is why, I sent them all the exchange of emails and pictures with no answers. I do not want to pay for another pair when I did my part. So, I said they needed to replace and make it right for customer satisfaction. They said again we don’t have your order and I would have to place another order for the discount. Never mentioned what kind of discount. I again said no I will not pay for another pair of socks. They said well your discount would have been a discount of 100% free. I felt they were playing games with me and why did they not present that to me before with the 5 emails we exchanged. I will give my business to someone else who doesn’t ke my time and play games.

Items paid for but not received. Customer service is not responsive. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered 2 blankets for Father’s Day on June 9th and received an email confirmation that my order was received. I have since received no items, no response when I’ve reached out to the company multiple times and am now disputing the charges with PayPal. What a scam this place is and the customer service does not exist. Don’t fall for this scam!!

I ordered a pair of socks and paid to have 4 faces on them, when the socks came in they only had two of the faces. I've sent multiple emails over the past two weeks to get them corrected and it has taken me nowhere. the one response I received asked me to send a picture of the socks to them, so I did that was over a week ago and I have still not heard back. I would never recommend a company with such bad communication from customer support or really just lack of customer care. In addition, the quality of the material is cheap. Save your money and find a better more reliable company!!

I placed an order a month ago, received a confirmation that my order is being processed. I haven't received anything since. I tried contacting customer service but the email doesn't go through.
