J'ai reçu mon trop beau tapis. Satisfait 😊

ik heb 31 januari een bestelling geplaatst. Dit was bedoeld voor een cadeautje op een exacte datum. Ik heb meer dan 2 weken spatie genomen zodat ik het zeker op tijd zou hebben. Ik had al meerdere mails gezonden omdat het zo lang duurde maar geen antwoord. Gisteren zag ik dat mijn bestelling zou toegekomen zijn maar dit is totaal het geval niet! opnieuw probeer ik facesock te contacteren. En dit lukt mij totaal niet. Ook via het hieronder vernoemde emailadres in de vorige reviews.
Ik vind dit heel erg dat zoveel mensen in het zak worden gezet en nog geen deftige klantendienst kunnen bereiken huervoor! Shame on you!

VRESELIJK!! Bestelling vorig jaar geplaatst op 9 december. Meerdere malen contact opgenomen. Altijd hetzelfde antwoord terug gekregen waar je niet mee bent. IK EIS MIJN GELD ONMIDDELLIJK TERUG.

Wish I had read the reviews. Delivery of three pairs of socks for over £36 was 3 weeks after Christmas despite ordering with sufficient time. The socks are awful. Material nasty.
The response they gave me when asking where the order was, was basically “be patient”
Save your money and buy a nice gift for someone.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would

Placed order over a month ago, still no delivery. Keep being told that there are ‘supply chain issues’ and that I can get 40% off my next order (which I will never make)

Avoid at all costs

The quality is extremely disappointing. After just two uses, they're practically unusable. It's far better to purchase socks separately and have the desired emblem embroidered at a trusted place—the quality will be significantly superior. The price-to-quality ratio is abysmal.

Hideous quality, you'd be better going to a pound/ doller store. I requested a refund because the quality was so cheap, they offered me a discount code for my next purchase! Absolutely avoid this company- terrible products and shockingly bad customer service.

Meer dan 3 weken wachten voor levering is echt wel lang

Keep away from this company- must be a scam. Have taken my money but no goods arrived. They just keep telling me to contact Royal Mail. I have wasted £32 - you are warned

Don't waste your money. A very poorly run company. Delivery has taken over a month and a half so far. No chance of getting this before Christmas, so I've wasted money on novelty gifts that i now can't even give to people.

Cheap crap from China. Delivery times excessive, offer a premium delivery within 1 week….. this is not possible. It’s shipped from China about a week after you place the order. Not worth the money. Find a UK based company, checked they are actually UK based and buy from them. It will cost about the same, you’ll get better quality and it will be quicker.

took over two weeks for my order to be dispatched.Chased & they suddenly issued the shipping notification - from China, not a chance that gets here before Xmas.

They refused to cancel my order because its "customised" & under consumer law that gives them 30 days to deliver before you can dispute (technically correct)
But, i was charged for "premium shipping" - which is a joke. 3 days after dispatch notification my parcel is apparently still somewhere in mainland china.

Who knows what will arrive - but i bet it wont be worth anywhere near the £24 i paid.

i kind of admire the hustle here even if the customer experience is god awful.

Putting a factual review here so people know what they are getting into.

Qualität ist sehr schlecht was für mich nebensächlich war doch von den 4 ausgewählten Gesichtern war nur eins auf den Socken.
Habe dann eine Mail geschrieben und warte seit 3 Wochen auf eine Antwort.
Absoluter scam, kauft lieber wo anders.

Don't buy, it's a scam! I placed an order for €40 and after a few days they said they won't ship to my country. They didn't refund me and they don't respond to emails anymore. Check out the various bad reviews online!

When I ordered these products on 16th November, I was advised delivery would be 9th-13th December. It's now 17th December and I've been advised the products were finally dispatched yesterday and could take up to 12 working days to arrive. So if I'm lucky they will arrive early January and three people won't get their Christmas presents when they should.

What makes me furious is two chirpy emails .. the first saying the products had been dispatched and I should check the tracking 'in a few days' ... the second saying that bespoke products take time to produce and delivery companies are busy this time of year. Really? Thanks for telling me! Maybe Facesocks should sort its scheduling and provide a more accurate assessment of dispatch times before it provides misleading information at the time of order. TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED.These gifts are now going to be hugely over-priced damp squib if they arrive after Christmas.

Ordered two weeks ago! I did get a reply from “Emma” very weird response I am also thinking this is a scam beware! Will be raising a dispute with my bank! When I try to email now it won’t deliver like it’s now blocked!!!

I am very disappointed. I ordered a doormat 15 days ago and still nothing has arrived. They do not respond to emails. I paid 1000 CZK in advance by card. I am a student and I had it as a gift for my mother. I am disappointed with the attitude of this company. I understand that for some it is a small amount of money, but for me as a student it is quite a lot.

It is a scam! Ordered on 14/11 and nothing has been received and the email to contact them is invalid. Will contact a bank to raise a dispute
