Sore opens at 6am . Plenty of people standing around self checkout but no lanes open . Just finished shift then into the store to start another unloading & bagging groceries.

Remind you i"m still standing there waiting for service thinking Mary will see me and help me with my order she did not, another customer comes walking up, now both of us are there waiting on customer service so the other customer says excuse me, the customer points to me saying he"s first, Mary says to me if you need service how come did:nt say anything, not my job to your job, Mary did not look happy and she was rude, instead of saying so sorry what can i help you, maybe Mary having a bad day we all do but, your in the customer service field.

I had bought two Brand new bags of burger bread and both packs were moldy… I am very disappointed I’ve been shopping for years and I have never been more disappointed…

Today I had an item that rang up $3.00 more than it should have. Called to ask how to get it refunded and after 7 calls still was unable to reach a person.I've started checking my receipts now and about 30% of the time there is some thing wrong leading to being over charged. If I catch it while I'm there, then I get to stand in another line and wait for someone costumer service.. So after not being able to reach a person I wrote a 1star review on Yelp. Then I contacted online to rate my Kroger. After going it detail and supplying all information taking about 8mins. It said it was unable to connect to the Kroger server. Talk about bad service!!!
Not enough cashiers and issue with digital price tags
Our local Kroger seemed to be extra busy this morning, most likely due to people shopping for the coming holiday. There was only one regular checklane open and people with overflowing carts of groceries, etc.; we didnt' want to wait an half an hour to get to the cashier on that lane because we had cold groceries. The 'long-lane' self-service check-out was closed, so the majority of customers were forced to use the "20 items or less" self-service registers. The area no longer has signs saying that, so once the 20 item cap is reached, the system cuts off and you have to wait for the self-service attendant to come to do an over-ride. Most of the prices on the items looked accurate, except for one notable exception -- a children's activity book. The shelving rack for activity and coloring books now has only TWO digital price displays and not as many as there were tags before to indicate the price of each variety of book. One digital tag indicated books at $2.99 each and others at $5.99 each. Given the assortment of books and their placement in the racks, it was unclear which price it should be (but I did assume the higher price). Imagine my shock and dismay when the book rang up at $14.99! Bear in mind that the book looked like it is where it belonged and NOT like it was relocated there by a customer or errant employee. There need to be more restrictions on retailers who use digital price tags! Each item should have its own digital display and in the case of assortments, they shouldn't be allowed to display the lowest possible prices for items in the assortment, but rather post the HIGHEST prices and then if it is less, then customers feel good about having received a surprise bargain! If items in an assortment will vary significantly by price, and there is not enough space for each particular item to have its own digital price display, then retailers should be required by law to post a sign that indicates 'prices may vary' from those posted or that certain digital price displays feature the words "and up" if prices will be higher. People shouldn't feel like they are playing roulette when they are shopping for groceries! The only reason today's experience at Kroger gets a 2-star rating is because of the kind demeanor and hard work demonstrated by the lady who was monitoring the self-service check lanes.
Burnt Ribs
Purchased ribs but the grill master didn’t tell me that the grill caught fire and burned the bottom out of the ribs. Instead she package them up for sell. I brought two racks home and when I called the store I got the biggest runaround so I call Kroger customer service and got even a bigger runaround for something they already knew about before I made my purchase. I have been a loyal Kroger Plus shopper but this is a whole other level of disappointment and disrespect. They say a picture is worth a thousand words well this picture is worth a million.
Overcharging on prescriptions and more
If u dont repeatedly tell them u use GOOD RX when u fill every script u will be overcharged. I dont get it they keep all ur insurance info on file but they wont note u use good rx. I have been overcharged many times when someone picks up for me and doesnt keep reminding them JUST WENT IN THERE AGAIN TODAY THEY OVERCHARGED FOR GROUND BEEF I CLEARLY SHOWED THE PHONE PIC TO THE NEURODIVERGENT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY AND HE ARGUED WITH ME FOR 20 MINUTES. IDK WHY EMPLOYEES WILL ARGUE A CLEAR OVERCHARGE WHEN UR POLITE AND REQUEST NICELY ITS NOT LIKE THE REFUND IS COMING OUT OF THEIR POCKET. Skip the BS. Go to Walmart
GET SPECTRUM OUT OF YOUR STORES
GET SPECTRUM OUT OF YOUR STORES! We are tired of being harassed about internet and phone service every time we try to shop. I personally just leave and shop at your competitor. I know I am not the only one.

This company is price gouging their customers every time you walk through the door. Hot dogs 3.29 a pack. Then the following week 6.49 a pack because they were bogo free. These companies give nothing for free. Record profits comes from ripping off your customers. These companies should be prosecuted for such practices. Basically they are stealing from the customer. If that was a customer stealing from them they would go to jail. These companies should be held to that same concept. Kroger in Moundsville West Virginia is a disgrace and all because they are trying to keep up with Walmart on screwing their customers over. And until recently when Sheetz came to town they were price gouging on the gas in this town too. Since then the price of gas has dropped by almost a dollar a gallon. It went from 4.16 to 3.29. thank you sheetz for coming to town

I’m tired of not having a choice of products. I went to Kroger in Acworth yesterday to buy kcups for my coffee machine and 99 percent was their brand and that goes for everything else in their store. If I spend my money I’m buying what I want not what I’m forced to buy.Not going back.

Kroger deliveref rotten squash and moldy tomato today. They say picked fresh for you. Ha. After more than a half hour on the phone I was told I had to call back because the driver had not closed out the order an hour after the delivery. They tried to make that my problem. ITS NOT MY PROBLEM, ITS YOURS. I'm done with kroger after being a loyal customer for over 15 years.

Customer service is rarely if ever open. Customer service will talk on the phone and talk over you to other employees while you are trying to complete transactions at customer service. The store is dirty. Products are randomly scattered on the shelves without regard for the shelf tags and markings.
Pharmacist OPENLY Violates HIPAA Laws and Doesn't Care
Unbelievable. A friend of mine stopped to pick up a prescription from the North Myrtle Beach pharmacy today that was called in by my DENTIST for an upcoming procedure I'm scheduled to have later this week because I was called out of town and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get back in time to pick it up beforehand.
The pharmacist proceeded to give him UNSOLICITED MEDICAL information about me regarding my immunization history and that I am "past due for 5 vaccines." When I called to complain, instead of APOLOGIIZING and recognizing that they had violated HIPAA by disclosing protected medical information without permission, the pharmacist told me if I "didn't like it" I should get my prescriptions somewhere else.
I am completely blown away. God only KNOWS what other patient information they're disclosing.
WHO is RUNNING THAT PLACE????
The worst company ever
The worst company ever, spoiled food high prices and deplorable delivery service
Horrible place
Horrible place. Never have enought checkers so you have to use the terrible self check. The nachines are the worst I have ever seen. When they stop and the snot nose 16 year old has to come over. They review the video in front of you to see what you are stealing not because you have done someting wrong, because of their crappy machine. We are violated and treated as a theif. It I s disgusting and degrading. Texans we don't have to put up with that. We have HEB where one is treated with respect. Let's run this horrible store out of Texas. The bad actor that Kroger has been and it makes you wonder who the camera should be on. No more shopping at a grocery store that has no respect for it's customers.
bad Donuts
Your store on cypress north houston should be ashamed, i tried to buy hostess donuts in a box got to the check out she says cant sell those . Manager got rather nasty about this. Im a disabled veteran and senior citizen the day before fathers day. After covid it took me until now to come back to Krogers. And it will be a lot longer before i come back.
Kroger can improve by cleaning up their environmental hazards
Kroger can improve by cleaning up their refrigeration pollution/leaks on their store equipment and support (not demean) positive climate related actions. I will then show my support by continuing to shop at Kroger. Until then, NO KROGER. There are plenty of grocery stores to choose from.
After 30 Years, This Is How It Ended
I became a Kroger customer when I was a newlywed over 30 years ago. Through marriage, widowhood, career changes, and even cancer treatment, Kroger was a constant in my life. Recently I was told I could no longer use Kroger's online ordering service. What hurts isn't just the restriction itself, but the way it was handled. I continued receiving "Best Customer" offers while being unable to place orders. When I deleted my account, Kroger sent me three separate confirmation emails addressed to "John" instead of my name. After more than three decades as a customer, I never expected the relationship to end with confusion, error codes, and emails to someone who isn't me. I'm disappointed not because I can't buy groceries elsewhere, but because loyalty and history seemed to count for so little.
Make this make sense of the cents
Today at 11:38 AM I ordered about $40 worth of groceries to be delivered 5:00-6:00 PM. At 8:00 PM I called to find out why I had not received my groceries or even a sms stating the status of my order. It took about 20 minutes for dispatch to reach the driver. I was told this delivery issue was a problem with dispatch. Passing the buck and pointing the finger at another dept makes no sense since they are all a part of the Kroger dollar. If one looks bad, you all look bad. Especially when you start passing the buck. I was told they were going to put my order on the end of delivery which would be 11:00 PM to midnight. I told them to deliver in the morning. They cannot do that. The order would need to be canceled and reordered. My funds would be in authorization for about 3 days before it would be returned to my bank/debit card. The CSR is providing me with a $15 credit. This is a very ineffective process that Kroger has in place. It must meet their objectives, or this would not be happening to their customers waiting for grocery delivery. I need to rethink where I shop. I was just starting to order groceries at Amazon and was using a refund credit of $42 to purchase $37 in groceries. Amazon places a $57 hold on my credit card on file for this $37 worth of groceries being paid for with an Amazon gift card. The Amazon CSR told me the $57 hold was for my protection. Somebody, make this make sense.
Kroger does not honor it's online prices
Kroger does not honor it's online prices. It does not honor it's online coupons. The culture at Kroger is all about profit not community. I use to shop exclusively at Kroger and now I don't shop there at all.
