I received the wrong size socks
I received the wrong size socks. I made 2 attempts to contact customer service regarding this and received no response. This order was for a father's day present. I would not recommend FaceSocks to anyone or order from them again.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! The quality all around is great! The images on the socks came out amazing, the editing was great, and my favorite part is that these are cotton socks! So many other companies use nylon material which isn’t as comfortable. Very happy with my experience and socks!

The socks came out great
The socks came out great! The colors are super vivid and they edited the faces well. They came a bit late, ordered June 9 and missed father's day, but overall I'm happy with them!

Printing is great, material not so much
My husband LOVED his Facesocks that I gave him for Father’s Day! The printing is really great quality and my daughter loves pointing to her face on them. Unfortunately, the material isn’t really regular sock material so it’s oddly not that stretchy, which makes them slightly uncomfortable on my husband’s wide feet. We are still pleased though and he says he’ll still wear them for special occasions but probably not as a day-to-day thing. Shipping was also delayed, which was disappointing but the communication was good and they arrived just in time.

I wish that you could preview the socks before ordering though. To make sure you have a good picture and it’s not too dark/light, grainy, pixelated, etc.

35 days later, still no order, no way to contact them
I ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I thought that ordering 4 weeks before Father’s Day would be plenty of time. But the holiday has come and gone, and I still don’t have my order. What was supposed to be a funny gift has turned into a headache. They advise you to reach out to their customer service team with any issues, but the email address that they list immediately bounces back as undeliverable. Someone finally emailed me after I opened a case with PayPal. Elizabeth said that they would be sending a replacement for the order that I never received. However, the replacement invoice only listed one of the two pairs that I originally ordered. I replied to that email to voice my concern, but you guessed it — that email bounced back as undeliverable. At this point, I would just like a refund of my original order. But I can’t get ahold of anyone to request this. How can you run a business without working contact information? This screams scam. Stay far away.
