No email confirmation that the package was sent, no answer on chat nor email. Tracking doesn't work. The package arrived 4 weeks later, and they have sent me the wrong part! Sent them an email, and they only said that the part should fit, but it doesn't, the part number was different from what I ordered. Will not refund my money, and no answer on email and chat. No phone number to call either. 🤯 Scam! Stay away from this site.

PLEASE READ UPDATE AT THE END OF THE REVIEW.
Ordered a used turbocharger 04e145721g and paid for the 1-3 business days (extra 60 EUR) express delivery on 25.06.2024.
The parcel tracking number provided did not not work when tried to find the parcel, and I tried multiple times.
I tried contacting them via live chat ad well as mailing them multiple times and received absolutely no response!!!
I requested a refund and again no response!!!
They don’t have a registered phone nor an real address, also they are using photos from other sites!
UPDATE: managed to contact the owner privately and it seems there were issues with their email, they didn’t get emails and live chat requests. Anyways we resolved the issue and I got the item. The only remark I have is that they are using placeholder images and the state of the item does not 100% reflect the state shown on the product page.

I placed my order for a used W210 vacuum pump on 29 April 2024 and I never receive it, The status of the order has been "in processing" until now. This is a scam company. Please don't fall for it.

Sorry for the problem you have received.
Our 15days shipping merhod to Malaysia does not have tracking number. We have not received any emails from you about missing package.
Refund issued.
Part sent incorrectly and won't replace
Part sent incorrectly, told me by message if the part won't fit they would change, given three months warranty.
When fitting the part was incorrect, now they don't change part, and still within three months warranty.
And if I sent part back, they won't give me full refund. They don't even reply to the chat anymore or even email.
Very, very bad customer service.
Got the European rights of consumer involved, hopefully they can sort this out, specially sending a bounds man to collect the money or correct PART

Pas de commande reçu et zéro contact
Après avoir commandé la pièces, j'ai reçu par mail le ticket d'achat (facture avec preuve d'achat)
Cela fait Mintenant 11jours que je n'est pas de nouvelles de ma commande. Pas de réponse à mais mail et pareil sur le chat soit disant immédiat.
J'ai une grosse impression que ce site est une arnaque.
Je leur est laissé une grosse semaine pour me répondre et résoudre le problème, mais pas un seul contact. Faite attention !

My golf vr6 4motion oem wheels were missing a center cup. Found one from ezparts. Received it today in a great used condition, even better than i expected. Ezparts had packaged and protected the center cup extremely well also, taking in consideration it was shipped all the way from italy to finland. 6/5 would recommend and will use ezpart's services in the future. Thank you.

my order was late meaning i missed my…
my order was late meaning i missed my slot with my mechanic and later when he saw condition it arrived in he refused to use this part. as labour on this job was such that he deemed it not worth the risk of part being damaged. was promised a full refund on postage and had to practically beg for it and then guy denied he offered full refund so overall a terrible experience
