HELP Ezparts, I need to receive the parts by December 1st!! ;)[Order #EZP-07/11/24-0001070] (7 November 2024), 141 EUR. I am a recycling enthusiast and I was very happy to find parts for my Mercedes A190 at Ezparts. Unfortunately I was unable to track the order and I did not receive a response to my email requesting information... I hope it is just a practical matter of time to separate and ship them, because I intend to purchase many other items if everything works out!

Arrived a little later,but finally the item came

Scam!!! They havent delivered my order. And they cant be contact. No phonenumber and doesnt answer on mail.
And got in contact with ezparts on facebook but they told me to pay 350€ for city delivery permission!!! Dont buy from this people who only takes your money and
Fool you!

Fair pricing

Only down side item was shipped from EU - there was no tracking information provided - no date for delivery.

Well, I made the purchase but I was always skeptical about the website, but in the end everything worked out fine. They only had a problem with the fact that it was not possible to check the shipment where it was located.

Only missing one star because it took a bit longer then expected after paying extra for fast shipping,, right part came in good condition

SCAM

Only my 179,95 euros payment on Aug 22nd has been successful so far.

Nothing since then.

No answer to my follow ups emails... zero, nada.

I've tried to buy a part that is really not easy to find.
Happily, I did finally found it at this shop !

I ordered goods from them. Which has not arrived for a month. They do not respond to email or chat. Poor company and poor people

The received item is so different than the one on pictures. The received Cupholder does not have the outer part (Closing Door).

Two days after purchasing part, I cannot enter the website. It says wrong login details and when you try to reset password... it keeps emailing link without option to put in new login details.

I have emailed several times but no response or any kind of acknowledgement.

This is either extremely poor service or deliberate scam.

Fiz uma compra dia 20 de Agosto. Hoje dia 1 de Outubro ainda não recebi a minha encomenda.

A los dos dias de comprar la pieza no puedo entrar en la paguina web. no puedo contactar con ellos. No han mandado ningun correo sobre la pieza. La pieza no ha llegado despues de 3 semanas. No hay forma de reclamar. Es una estafa. No comprar
en esta pagina si no quieres perder el dinero.

Die Homepage sieht schön aus und ist verlockend!!! Das ist aber auch alles!!! Ich habe Eine Klimaleitung per Express bestellt und es ist nie was angekommen!!! Auf emails wird gar nicht reagiert und der Chat welcher als Kontaktmöglichkeit angegeben wird ist auch nur Fake!!! Sendungsnummer habe ich noch nie eine erhalten und das Geld wurde über eine Sofort kauf Methode abgewickelt wobei einem vorgegaukelt wird dass es über den versicherten Anbieter Klarna oder Paypal läuft!!! Sollte ich aufgrund dieser Bewertung immer noch keine Antwort erhalten werde ich die Polizei hinzuziehen!

They don't send parts, don't reply to mail or chat and the tracking number doesn't work. Don't buy from them.

Email not replying at all. Payment send and good not receiving. Order tracking number are invalid. Highly recommended DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
