Desde su página ofrecen rastrear el pedido, al introducir los datos me dice que no existe ninguna orden.
Intento comunicar vía email, no hay respuesta.
Busco en su catálogo la pieza que he comprado y pagado el envío EXPRESS y me deja volver a comprarla!!
Incluso siendo una pieza unica de desguace en el carrito me deja comprar varias unidades cuando SOLO EXISTE UNA PIEZA Y YA LA HE COMPREADO Y PAGADO.
PROCEDERÉ A RECLAMAR JUDICIALMENTE LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO E INDEMNIZACIÓN POR LAS MOLESTIAS CAUSADAS.

Attention, c'est une arnaque, j'ai passé commande chez eux pour un tuyau de climatisation le 12 juin avec livraison sous 15 jours.
Nous sommes le 20 juillet et toujours rien reçu.
De plus, je me suis aperçu que ce même tuyau de climatisation était toujours en vente sur leur soi-disant site.

Ik heb op 29 juni een onderdeel (gordelklikker) besteld bij dit bedrijf onder bestelnummer #EZP-29/06/26-0003314. Er werd een levertijd van 15 dagen beloofd. Inmiddels zijn we drie weken verder en heb ik nog helemaal niets ontvangen.
Wat nog het ergste is, is de klantenservice. Ik krijg geen enkele update, geen track & trace-code en er wordt totaal niet gereageerd op mijn berichten. Dit bedrijf incasseert wel je geld, maar levert vervolgens nul service. Koop hier niks!

I still have no updates, the tracking page cannot find my order, and customer support has not replied to my emails.

Ich habe einen Differential bestellt und bezahlt aber ist er nicht gekommen. Nach einem E-Mail und kurze Recherchen war klar, dass die Bestellung nicht eingegangen war. Auf meiner Wunsch war die Bestellung gelöscht und in wenig aus 24 Stunden hab meinen Geld zurück auf meine Konto bekommen. Alles war unkompliziert.

I ordered a cabin air filter from EzParts on 19 September 2025, paid 61.49 € via iDEAL, and never received the product. After waiting for weeks, I contacted them multiple times — no tracking number, no clear information, just empty promises. They told me a refund would be sent “today or tomorrow”… that was over a week ago, and still no money back.
Completely unprofessional communication, zero transparency, and no sign of either the product or the refund. I had to consider opening a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. Avoid this company — it feels like a scam.

Ordered a car part 17/09/2025
Ordered a car part, 17 September 2025, with order EZP-17/09/25-0002481, with delivery for 15 days.
Today is 08 October 2025, the order is still in "Process" in the dashboard, and in "Track Your Order" the order does not exist. Payd 30 euros for delivery of a 10 euro part, sent one message and one email... No response whatsoever!
By the comments written here, it seems this situation is usual, and that's very bad for your reputation. If you're having problems with logistics, at least answer the costumers emails.
But it seems the answers are always here, in public... How disappointing.
