I have only confirmation e-mail.
I still haven't received any information or tracking number for my order. I’ve already sent an email and tried reaching out via online chat, but no one has responded and I have no idea what is happening with my order. This lack of communication is very frustrating. Can someone please tell me how can I get a refund or how to contact customer support? Also if the part has sent, can I get trucking number? Thanks

I emailed to ask about the delivery on the 3/07 also the 2 times more on the chat from there website. I still have not heard nothing about the order or delivery. I am without working car and diff ..

Op 26 juni heb ik een onderdeel besteld bij EZParts [Order #EZP-26/06/25-0002035], maar sindsdien niets meer vernomen van het bedrijf. Er is op geen enkele manier contact te krijgen: geen reactie op e-mails, de chatfunctie blijft onbeantwoord en er is geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar. Dit duidt op bijzonder slechte service, als het al niet om oplichting gaat.

@EZPARTS: mocht u dit lezen, verzoek ik u dringend om direct contact met mij op te nemen en het betaalde bedrag terug te storten.

Customer service is not answering on e-mails at all. No clue if the order have been processed or was it all just waste of money.

We ordered a part at 21-5, with quick delivery and until today absolutely nothing. no message, no reply in the chat and no part.

Made an order on the 30th of May, (#EZP-30/05/25-0001921). There's no update since I've made the order, it's still in "processing". Tried to contact the page 4 times and never got an answer to my emails. This is a scam.

Very bad experience. I placed an order for VW towbar on 4th of June and I still haven't recieved my shipping information. I paid 40 EUR for fast shipping. Looking at the amount of negative reviews here, I doubt I would get the product. I sent them multiple emails and messages over chat bot with no success. They never replied. I asked for the refund couple days ago and there is still no response .. total radio silence.

Im not happy with the services of this company ezparts
I received the package in 6th june 2025 (payement done in 18 MAY 2025 FOR FAST SHIPPING i payed 75 EUROS FOR FAST SHIPPING)
the company ship the package in 26 may.
the payement was for:
-One pad accelerator for s class w220 MERCEDES.
-2 transponder key antenna modules for mercedes ml w163
I received one pad accelerator and only one transponder key antenna (miss 1 ANTENNA ).

after test the pad accelerator, its not working.

I placed (and paid) an order back in April and never heard back from EzParts nor received the part I ordered. I contacted them by chat and e-mail but got no answer so far. This is the order number: [Order #EZP-17/04/25-0001797]. [UPDATE]: After two months, several e-mail exchanges, including a police complaint threat, I finally received the part in good condition.

Took a while and a few emails but the part did arrive and all good

You dont send the part i paid for or answer my mails. Not serious

Once again and after trying to contact the ezparts about my order EZP-08/05/25-0001855, there is no response from the company.

Neither an answer, product or the devolution of the money, 129€ they are taking from me.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a Volkswagen rim over a MONTH ago — and I have received NOTHING.

I sent an email asking for an update. NO reply. NO shipping info. NO communication at all.

It’s been over 30 DAYS. This feels like a scam. You take people’s money and then vanish? Disgraceful.

I demand a refund or my product IMMEDIATELY. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to throw your money away.

Não comprem. Efetuei uma compra a 17 de abril de 2025. Anunciavam 5 a 7 dias úteis para o envio. A 6 de maio, não recebi a peça EZP 17/04/25-0001798, mas retiraram-me 85 euros. Já enviei 3 emails para o endereço deles, e ninguém responde. Como se pode classificar um negócio como este?

Ich habe bei dieser Firma ein Ersatzteil gekauft und Bezahlt. Nach mehrmaligen nachfragen, habe ich nie eine Antwort bekommen und das Ersatzteil wurde auch nie geliefert. Hände weg, diese Firma betrügt.
