Tried to contact multiple times, Part not send, emails not responded to contact us form same.

More than a month passed without a resolution or even a reply.

Order maid 23.3.2025 and still waiting part. Part and freight is paid.
They doesn't answer emails either.

I ordered the product back in February. It still hasn't arrived. The order status is unknown. Order #EZP-28/02/25-0001573] Solve this problem immediately!

Ez parts eu do not buy here! Fraud! You buy something and then you wait and they don't send! After a few e-mails, I get a reply that they would rather refund me than send the purchased item! Hey! Bandits! I paid and I'm waiting for item!
Update after EzParts' response! Liars! I didn't ask for a refund until you told me you would rather refund than send the package! I have all in my e-mails! Your website says you ship if payment is made by 12pm the same day! Liars! Never again!

I've order one part but still haven't received package. Order number is EZP-12/03/25-0001629. Everything is properly paid. I've sent an email and ask for information but there is no response. I want to know what is the status of my order?

Paid for the order on 28/02/2025 and five weeks later still awaiting my car part. They don’t even bother replying to my email, asking for an update.

I ordered a package 31-01-2025 never recieved it! I dont get any email back.

I am still waiting for an update concerning my order which I placed on the 13th of March 2025. The said shipping paid was supposed to be done within 5-7 days. I have sent several messages through their website and still no response till now.

made an order 1/3 it is still being processed, no communication, i ordered part A6060300112.
and i paid extra for express delivery.
i would like a full refund, no answer by email

not able to give no star, what will be the best rating für Ezparts.

Have ordered my item on 21st Feb., incl. fee for express shipping. No reaction for one week, after investigating via email and chat Karolis told he is moving the stock. After one more week i've canceled my order via chat and asked for a refund.

Wondering that the item arrived this week. Since all the ratings here told, items are scrap, i've checked the quality. The windows seal was cut completly, what means it's damaged. Antenna cable was cut as well. Completly trash!

This guys at Ezparts are amateurs....

If there is no free returnlabel intime and a refund i've to complain at Mastercard to get my money.

I've ordered a part more than a week ago, payed extra €65 for express delivery, and still haven't received enything. I've contacted them twice thrue the chat, a'd send them an email, there is absolutely no communication. It's like this whole website is a SCAM.

Ich habe im November 2024 ein Ersatzteil für kfz bestellt und bezahlt. Sollte innerhalb vier Wochen an mich geliefert werden, bis jetzt 10.3.25 keine Reaktion von dieser Firma

Don't buy from this site guys you will make a huge mistake. These guys let you purchase a part number on their site and send you a totally different part number which doesn't work in your vehicle. It's a total scam.

SCAM!!!! Scam scam scam!!! Do not use this website they do not have any parts at all. They don’t even have an address so defo don’t have any stock.

Pieces (soit disant dispos) commandées et payés le 15 janvier et depuis pas de réponses aux différents mails envoyés... Alors de là, à avoir un remboursement, il ne faut pas / plus rêver.
A éviter à tous prix
ps : et en plus dans la réponse à cet avis, ils confondent les commandes.... ils savent que les pièces ne sont pas dispos mais ils les laissent sur le site comme commandable. pas fiable, je n'utiliserai plus ce site
nota bene à la date de cet avis et après vérification à ma banque : pas de remboursement de leur part !

My order NEVER shipped.NO replies to repeatedly emails.AVOID!!!

I sent an order,but did not receive the parts. I wrote email and no one reply!

They already deduct the payment from my account.

This is a complete Scam, same as the others, made the order, paid and from there onwards no communication or replies, its been a month now and my part is still marked as partially shipped. Send emails , chat anything, just no response, so my opinion is just dont bother to use them.
Next step reporting them to Google via the SafeBrowsing Report page and to the FTC and CISA for fraudulent websites. So maybe they dont continue to fraud people.

Prices are better than elsewhere

I ordered a airbad slip ring 24/01/25. Said it was going to take some days.

Got a order confimation but nothing more.
Send email after some days where i asked when its going to ship, now answer.

When i asked in the chat last week, they answered and asked for ordernumber. After i gave it i didnt get any answer.

TOTAL SCAM!! DONT ORDER!!
