made a order on 13 january 15 day delivery time, got a confirmation email . no order still 30 days later and no replies to my emails.

Bought a trunk lid at Ezparts on January 10th 2025. I immediately received a confirmation email. After that, the communication stopped. I sent several emails asking if the item had already been shipped. The people at Ezparts didn't even bother to answer them. I have now been waiting for the item for over a month. This is the last time I will buy a part at Ezparts. An email that the part is on its way is enough for me. Today 26 February 2025 I reported that to the SafeBrowsing Report page and to the FTC.

27 februari 2025: EZPARTS has refunded my money.

Hi. I ordered and paid the 31st of January to send it to Spain with the 15 days shipment option.
Since then, I try to contact them to know the state of the shipment because with the Order Number in their web, you go no where. The chat is not available and I receive no answer at all from the several message that I sent them, neither per Mail nor using his Formular

I ordered a part for my car on the 21st January and paid extra for 3 day shipping, I have had no tracking details sent to me or any update on the status of my order. I have tried to contact the company but recieved no reply, it has now been over two weeks and I am still waiting for the part. Not only a waste of money for faster shipping but as it stands I’m not receiving the product either.

I Received a response from ezparts telling me that I should check my inbox as the tracking number was sent to me. Well yes I recieved the tracking number right after I posted my review.rest assured I check my inbox every time I recieve new email notification. It is great to get the tracking number even though that doesn't mean I received or will re receive the package but the annoying part is to make it sound it is my fault instead of saying sorry for the delay.
I hope they will come through and I recieve my order. Only time will tell

My experience with ez parts has disastrous. I placed an order o. December 1st 2024 and still no word very poor communication it took several email and msgs on their site before I heard from them. They promised to send me new shipment but same as first time I recieve an email saying that my shipment is partially shipped and that a tracking number will be sent to me and it stops there. I did not recieve any email with tracking number and no response to my several emails. Has any one had similar experience. Is this realy a light site or it is one of those scams and I have to accept my fate and move on.

J'ai commandé pour ma mercedes une pièce avant turbo.
2mois de livraison, entre temps j'ai commandé ailleurs et je demande un retour (J'ai du envoyé 4 mails pour avoir une réponse..)
Une fois que la pièce est retourné ils me disent que c'est pas la bonne pièce et que je ne serai pas remboursé.
De l'arnaque pur !

Bought a part for my car and paid €65 for the 1-3 days delivery after shipping.

After constantly chasing them with emails (phone out of service), the ones they bothered replying to were extremely unhelpful. No tracking number available for the parcel and the fact that it arrived 12 days later tells me they shipped it standard.

The finishing touch was that it was delivered to my local store but they didn’t even bother to let me know and no note was posted to tell me… so I actually had to chase them again to find this out.

If I could give them no stars I would. Never using this site again and I’ll be encouraging anyone looking for car parts to do the same.

After I posted this review I had the most frequent contact with the seller than I’ve ever had over the whole 2 weeks ordeal.

Amazing coincidence.

Not only did they accuse me of lying about “not answering the couriers phone-call” which I never received … they are also currently holding my delivery refund hostage, unless I change this very review.

The absolute truthful review that will stay here until I get my refund! (Pending)

There is a way of dealing with customers (right or wrong) Mr EZ and you seem to have the experience of a wet lettuce that’s been through a blender.

Will I show screenshots of your reply’s to me or will you just refund my money?

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz W205 Steering Rack part number A205 460 80 02 as per what was listed on their website. It took 3 weeks for them to ship out the item. Had to email numerous times to get an update on why the item wasn't shipped out.

Finally received the part 2 weeks later, but, it was totally the wrong part number received! Received A205 460 31 01 which is totally different than what I ordered. They said it can be used, ok, fine, installed and performed coding, but as suspected, it couldn't work. An expensive paper weight now.

Requested for a refund after much back and forth, finally gave me their address to ship back the item after a week of asking. So they mentioned that they will refund me after receiving back the WRONG steering rack they sent me.

I paid for shipping to send the wrong steering rack they sent all the way back to Lithuania from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I until now, I have not received my refund!

So I have wasted nearly 800 Euros because of this bunch of scammers!

They mentioned refund has been issued, but i have not received anything from them. They also claim I did not respond to their emails when they are the one that actually don't respond to me! And they even have the absolute cheek to say I'm NONSENSE because of their screw up from the very beginning?!

Why don't you do what you are supposed to do, which is refund me with proof, and show that you are indeed not scamming people!! The reviews on here shows that i'm not the only one!

Scam do not buy anything!!! Paid and never arrived it and no response.

Der Einkauf und die Bezahlung ist einfach und unkompliziert.
Ware wurde auch zügig versendet und kam rechtzeitig und in kurzer Zeit an ( bei schnell Versand).

Leider war das bestelle Teil ( auch wenn gebraucht ist) an der Schraubenstelle gebrochen. Die andere Seite der Verschraubung angerissen.

Schade.

1 month passed and the order was still not shipped. It was mentioned, that delivery can take up to 15 business days. But after a month, the order was not even prepared for the delivery.

Previous comments are correct, lack of communication and feedback from seller side.

I have ordered recently from other shops and the whole procedure from order to delivery took 2 weeks MAX

Update: 29 January, Refunded

Parts not delivered. No response to emails. No means of contact by phone. I think I've been scammed.

After ordering I got a confirmation Email on the order.. After that nothing, tried sending multiple email to customer support. Never got an answer.. Says on site they use up to 3days to send the parts out. I also paid for express shipping..

Edit: Got refunded.. No information about why..

ordered and paid for a part. received confirmation email but since then nothing. the order number comes up blank when entered into their site's tracking system.

no response from emails. i assume at this point that this site is a scam.

robbed me for 40€, no response for mails. ihave no parts and no response. dont buy anything from here!!!!

Why Is this taking so long we paid on the 30th of last month and the parcel is still only in Warsaw where it has been for the last seven days

We are back to this again when you do not reply to my email the above was sent on the 25th of this month to date no reply, it looks like the only way you will communicate with people is when you get a negative post here. I am sorry I took my last post down, but I can always add it back onto this post should I not receive a response and it looks like you need all the best reviews you can get considering reading the reviews on here

Dishonest thieves.

Pretended they were giving me a refund, then never transferred the money. Now they have stopped responding to all messages.

Avoid at all costs.

Scaaam, It have been more than 30 days and I havent received my order. No phone number and they ignore emails.

Your response on sending the order was accurate , FedEx is the one that delayed on delivery.
In the same date I ordered from Spareto.com other parts , they are using DHL , they delivered the parts 3 days before you delivered with Federal express, and less cost .
