EZparts is now my go-to for used parts, saved me on multiple occasions.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It is a complete SCAM!!! I have amazingly had email response albeit poorly written and very rude at that. Have constantly lied to my face and have ignored so far the threat of banks, EU commissions and police involvement if no part of refund asap. I should of looked at the reviews first, and steered well clear of this company. But instead have been scammed whilst these B******s get richer off our money. They have even had the cheek that the recent 5 star reviews all from Italy might I add have all been paid for fake reviews!!! As we have searched them and even had some of the replies of their reviews translated that say they are fake reviewed people!!! So get yourselves sorted as you will be finding police officers come knocking at your door/s very soon to take you down!!!

Item arrived clean and in excellent condition, def buying here again.

My only complain is email response is kinda slow but parts are legit and cheap.

Very good communication, even if sometimes they take a while to reply.

Awesome place to find rare parts, delivery took a bit longer than expected but still happy.

Most likely a scam. After ordering parts they were not removed from the website. No tracking number etc. Email Contact was slow and poorly written, and then randomly issued a refund which I have not received.

Update: It’s been over 5 business days
, still no refund…

I ordered a part with what I thought was a good price on July 31. Delivery in 15 days they said. Thinking I would directly receive a tracking number. I asked them that in an e-mail. Got directly a response stating that I only would get it when it would be shipped. Of course my mistake. Thereafter no sign of any activity. No communication at all. Hopefully my part is in the pipeline. .....seeing other reviews it might as well be that nothing arrives. Besides although paid the part I ordered is still available on the site.

After an email and sms saying that the article was damaged a refund was provided. That ended half bad

Spoke to my bank says the refund has no been issued still no reply to my email scamming website

Fiz a encomenda dia 12 de agosto com o número da encomenda EZP-12/08/25-0002292 não obtive qualquer número de rastreamento para seguir a encomenda, nem me respondem a nenhum email, paguei mais 40€ porque precisava da peça com urgência e não tenho qualquer informação. Agradecia resposta o mais rápido possível.

Now I'm here to share my experience with this site.
I once did business on this site, and everything was fine, even the chat worked.
Now it's terrible. I made a purchase on June 23, 2025, with reference #EZP-23/06/25-0002008, and I still haven't received an order or a response. Customer support is terrible, and the few times they've responded, it's been to say they were on vacation and would soon process the order.
The truth is, it's been over a month and nothing. I'm desperate, I've sent too many emails and haven't gotten a response.
I want a refund, and I hope I can get help from the site here.

this site is a scam. Had the best price of an ECU I was looking for. Bought on the 10th of July, on their website it says it's still processing, money was taken from my Credit card and no ECU. Today is the 28th of July. Normally when I buy stuff online I check reviews BEFORE I buy something. Maybe this helps someone.

Fiz uma encomenda EZP-11/07/25-0002108 no dia 11/07 e até nada...não respondem aos emails enviados e a encomenda ainda diz em processamento...mas para retirar o dinheiro foi na hora...

Be careful , probably a fraud !!! Since July 4th I have paid 913 euros, but so far I have not received anything.
They never answer emails or phone calls

Fiz uma encomenda no site no dia 23 de junho (n.º EZP-23/06/25-0002014) e desde então o estado da encomenda continua em "processamento". No site indicam que o tempo de processamento é de 1 a 3 dias úteis, mas já passou quase um mês sem qualquer atualização ou contacto.

O valor foi cobrado de imediato e, até agora, não recebi nem as peças, nem qualquer explicação.
Tentei contactar através do site, mas até agora não recebi qualquer resposta. Enviei mensagens a pedir esclarecimentos e uma resolução. Estou a aguardar resposta.

Edit: A 08/08 recebi email do reembolso do valor da encomenda. Hoje, 11/08, confirmei que o reembolso foi efetuado.

Compré dos artículos, sólo me habéis enviado uno y lo ponen como envió completo.

¿Cuando me van a enviar el que falta?
