The most professional driving instructor
Imran is the most professional driving instructor I have ever had. He is calm, patient, highly knowledgeable and always provides clear, practical advice. His guidance made a significant difference to my driving, and with only a few lessons I was able to pass my practical test.I highly recommend Imran to anyone looking to pass their driving test. His teaching not only helped me succeed but also gave me skills and advice that I will continue to use long after passing.

I have had many driving instructors in the past few years and Mohamed is easily the best instructor I have had. Each lesson he helped me get better, his patience is unmatched and his teaching style was exactly what I needed to get me to pass and feel confident driving by myself on the road. I recommend him to anybody wanting to learn how to drive!

Cannot reach EzLicence - poor customer service
My instructor failed to show up for my lesson and only called when the lesson was nearly over. I then had to cancel the lesson manually through my dashboard, and the system unfairly charged me a late cancellation fee.
What made this even more frustrating is that the only way to contact EzLicence is by email, and despite contacting support immediately, I haven't received a response. I'm very disappointed with how this has been handled and hope EzLicence reviews my case, removes the incorrect fee, and issues a refund.

They make finding an instructor and booking lessons super easy. I really recommend using Brian if you're a first time learner as he really increased my confidence and helped me learn the skills I will need for my test and beyond. He is super patient and great at communicating. I left every session feeling more confident and passed my test first try.

Khyber is a highly recommended…
Khyber is a highly recommended instructor in the Harrow/wembley area. After my first lesson I felt much more confident to drive and not only that but inclined to continue as his learner. His style of learning is different from the rest. I find other instructors to let you down or use inappropriate techniques like imposing remarks but he was 100% focused on making me a more productive driver.

My instructor cancelled and told me to…
My instructor cancelled and told me to find a new person after having booked 20 hours, not showing up but still being charged for a 2 hour lesson I didn't have and cancelling once again less than 24 hours before our next lesson. I then also requested a refund to the website and suddenly my account/email doesn't exist and won't log in. I think it's a complete scam because I filed for a refund. I will be contacting my bank. In addition to this, the company don't even have a phone number to access customer service. It may look cheap, but don't fall into this trap. This company is terribly organised.

I had the best instructor
Kingsley is amazing, I was very nervous starting driving lessons again after bad experiences and my test becoming near. I had a good experience with EzLicence. The booking process was fairly simple. My instructor, Fareshta (I've only had 1 session so far), was professional, patient and reassuring, making me feel composed and relaxed. I would happily recommend EzLicence to anyone looking for independent instructors.

Not worth it
Not worth it. Struggled to find a teacher and the ones I trial I would not recommend. Tried to get my money back but they said no. Several hundred stuck on the platform.
