Great platform and fantastic customer support!
Booking my driving lessons and test package through EZ License was super straightforward. The platform itself is easy to use, but their customer service really stood out for me.
I ran into a few issues trying to change lesson dates and get hold of my instructor, but the support team sorted everything out immediately. They replied really quickly, were genuinely helpful, and actually followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Highly recommend them!

Really disappointing experience. I booked a £74 lesson and the first instructor cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand. I used the credit to book another instructor, who also cancelled at short notice — yet the lesson was then marked as completed despite never taking place.
After two failed bookings, I asked for my money back rather than more credit. The customer support service is poor, and the response time is too slow especially for something like this. Do not book with them!

I have payed £330 for my lessons
I have payed £330 for my lessons , in which my instructor repeatedly canceled on me 3 times, the company ezlicence were extremely unhelpful and dishonest, and it seemed like their entire policy’s were there in order for you to never be able to take out your money. I have repeatedly emailed them to be able to receive a refund of the entire £330 as I obviously wouldn’t want to carry on trying to receive lessons with this horrible company due to the horrid experience! DO NOT USE EZLICENCE. Better use AA, local instructors etc- atleast know your moneys in safe hands and not stuck in the hands of these scammers.

It’s a very easy to use system, reasonably priced lessons, and I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
I used Ez License for refresher lessons, and had no issues so far whatsoever.
I would also like to thank Des from Customer Service for being helpful, and understanding my situation regarding refunds.

Still no resolution
Hi, can someone on here please assist with escalating my emails?
It has now been 10 days since the incident, and I am still waiting for a resolution and my refund.
This is a very straightforward situation. I was charged £400 for driving lessons, yet the lessons have been marked as completed despite the driving instructor not turning up. I waited for him and contacted him multiple times, and I have text messages from the instructor himself explaining the issues he experienced with the EZ License booking system.
I have provided this evidence and contacted customer service, so why am I still waiting for my refund?
There appears to be zero urgency in resolving this matter. I am simply asking for the refund for a service that was not provided.
Can someone please escalate this and provide me with a clear update?

Good website. Worked perfectly for me
It was hard to trust a website out of nowhere and pay for the driving sessions with someone you do not know. Anyway, I trusted my gut and paid and it worked. This is a good website to find a good instructor and book yourself for the time you need.
The only problem is that if you book your session or test with someone, you won't have access to their phone number until (I guess) 6 hours before the first session. Anyway, I did not try to contact their support team to see if they can help me or not.
Overall, I found a good instructor (Shera for Tottenham), and booked my sessions and test and I passed. Happy

Im trying to get a refund, because there is no instructors available until next month, but they keep making excuses, I don't see the issue here, just give me my refund, and drivers cancel on you last minute too.

I had my first driving lesson and…
I had my first driving lesson and couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Bim was incredibly patient, calm and encouraging throughout the lesson, which really helped me feel at ease. He explained everything clearly and I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m looking forward to continuing my lessons and would definitely recommend him!
