Instructor did not show up for lesson on 01/09/2026 ( yesterday) from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.I waited for 30 mins then i called but no response.I have emailed you twice for refund but still no reply.I have submitted dispute and waiting for refund.

Khyber is a fantastic instructor, he really does go into a lot of detail to make sure you're comfortable with the manoeuvres. He's calm and makes the car journey feel relaxing. If you're not sure about which instructor to go for, he's the one to go for!I could not recommend him enough!

Helped Me Break Bad Driving Habits

I had a refresher lesson with Emile
I had a refresher lesson with Emile after passing my test two years ago and recently buying my first car, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.
Emile was amazing from start to finish. He has such a great personality and made me feel comfortable straight away. We covered so much in just two hours, and that was honestly all I needed. Most importantly, he gave me the confidence I needed to finally get out on the road and drive on my own.
I’m really grateful for his encouragement and for giving me that little push I needed. Thank you, Emile!

Terrible service
Terrible service! Driving instructor is unreliable and keeps cancelling the lessons last minute and it shows as completed on the website. I have wasted so much time this summer trying to get lessons but many of them get cancelled and I have to catch them up informally later. If instructors are not available why do they show they are on the website? I requested a full refund because I am tired dealing with unreliable website and instructors. It’s been already 4 days and no response! Yet they say they respond within 2 hours!A Complete scam!

Delroy was a fantastic teacher
Delroy was a fantastic teacher, as diligent as they come. Prepared me for everything that happened on my test and honestly showed me how to drive as safe and efficient as possible. He has some great metaphors and while taking things seriously we could also have a good laugh! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to become a responsible and well rounded driver.

Please do not book with this company
Please do not book with this company. EzLicence refused a refund after repeated instructor cancellations which is stated in their refund policy. Support refuses to escalate to management or process a refund under their own policy terms. You will spend more time chasing for bookings and refunds then learning to drive.

No response to refund request after 10 days
I purchased 10 hours of lessons on August 5th and requested a refund on August 14th within the 14-day cooling-off period after the system allowed me to book a time that wasn't actually available with my instructor.
It's now been 10 days since my first ticket and 6 days since my follow-up, and I've received no response beyond an initial reply asking for my availability (which I responded to). There's no phone number to call, and the ticket system doesn't allow you to reply directly to responses.

Sachin is a fantastic instructor i met through ez licence. He is very informative and professional, whilst still providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Sachin provided apps to help with the practical and theory side of driving, as well as specifics required for the test. Thats something my previous instructor never did. With every lesson he recaps where we left off and asks me if theres anything specific that I would like to work on. He finishes each lesson with another recap on our progress. He's very attentive and helpful. He sends me a reminder the day before each lesson as well, which is great, especially being a working mum with 4 children! I would very happily highly recommend Sachin to anyone who is looking for a friendly, quality and knowledgeable instructor!

Nermin made me feel calm and at ease throughout my lesson. She was very patient and explained everything clearly which helped me understand what I was doing and feel more confident behind the wheel.
