Recieved my glasses today and absolutely love them i decided to buy another pair for back up.

Also was sent the wrong glasses by accident, and a new pair was sent straight away. Service was spot on. Thanks so much.

I never thought to let Eyekeep know my glasses broke . But Mia certainly came back to me and ordered myself a new pair . Great customer service 🙏😍

Before my purchase, I made enquires via email, and was almost immediately receives replies.
even when I further make enquires, similarly was answered immediately. after I made the purchase, it was delivered ahead of time line. after using the sunglasses for a few days, I find it a little too tight fitting. when I inform via email about it, was offered a discount of 50%. Truely a satisfying experience.

Customer service was prompt and responsive when a problem arose with my order. A representative resolved it quickly to my satisfaction.

I’ve bought glasses from eye keeper a few times now and most have been great .. unfortunately I bought the wrong strength the last time so they were no good but that was my own fault. Apart from that, can’t fault the company, delivery is quick too

The first eyeglasses I bought from this brand were ordered through the most famous "e-shop" and they were outstanding!
After 4 years my glasses got scratched (my fault, they fell off while riding my motorbike..).
So I looked up the company name and ordered a pack of 4 glasses (part number CG1705) in titanium and they are still great!
For people who have problem with shipping, maybe, they need to check the delivery time before buying...
In my case I ordered the glasses on August 23rd and they arrived today September 4th (and delivery was expected in 4 weeks so they arrived much earlier!).

Dopo 4 anni i miei occhiali si sono graffiati (colpa mia, sono caduti mentre andavo in moto..).
Quindi ho cercato il nome dell'azienda e ho ordinato una confezione di 4 occhiali (codice articolo CG1705) in titanio e sono ancora fantastici!
Per le persone che hanno problemi con la spedizione, forse, devono controllare i tempi di consegna prima di acquistare...
Nel mio caso ho ordinato gli occhiali il 23 agosto e sono arrivati oggi 4 settembre (e la consegna era prevista in 4 settimane quindi sono arrivati molto prima!).

Nice glasses, good glasses, good finishing, good coloring. Exactly as in the description on the site. I’m happy with them.

The readers I purchased work fine, but the best part of the experience was the customer service I received to correct an error in the original order. In my mind that is what distinguishes a great company -- how they treat the customer in resolving problems.

I have ordered glasses form this company on 1.8.23 money left my account on 2.8.23 and still no sign of delivery or update from the company. Trying to use their online chat with no response!!!
Will endeavour to get a refund via paypal.
Editing this review as I received the glasses the afternoon following this review. The glasses are great and I have compliments on the colours. If you are ordering with the company expect a 10 day wait for deliver!

The glasses are great, exactly what I wanted and needed: cheap, cheerful, colourful, substantial. They will last.
Funny story: when I received the glasses they looked great but I couldn't use them. My vision was blurry. I checked the strength which was 3.5, exactly what I'd ordered. Then I checked my prescription which was 2.5.....Eyekeeper very kindly ran me through through their returns and replacement procedure. I had to be patient, it was my mistake after all, but now I have my new glasses and I am a very happy customer.

Initially I was sent an incorrect order, wrong size of clip-on sunglasses, but the customer service following that was exceptional and I received the correct replacements within a week. The customer service team replied to all communications and kept me updated throughout the process.
