I really should learn to check companies like this properly. Had I known the glasses were coming on a slow boat from China I wouldn't have ordered them. They're Frustratingly clever in hiding that fact. I think it should be made plainly obvious.
I ordered nearly a week ago and my order hasn't even made it to the UK yet according to the tracking.

£20 Glasses flown from China , are you kidding me. Thought the delivery was just Royal Mail cos it was cheap. But no. There is no info about how long delivery will take at point of purchase. Still waiting for delivery

Finally got them after two weeks. 27.11.23. They are rubbish. The lens is out of focus at the edge of the glasses. never had a pair that did that ? Only ok for looking directly ahead.

I had an issue with one pair of glasses and straight away the company resolved the problem without any hesitation and a new pair arrived in no time. It’s very rare to have a company respond so quickly and I’m very grateful for that 👏I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact I have to a couple of friends.

The support team is very helpful. Upon knowing that there's defect in the items I received, they took initiative to find out the problem and replace them immediately. The response is fast and I really appreciate it.

J ai commandé des lunettes au mois de septembre 2023, le montant a été prélevé le 28/09 et ma commande n'apparaît nulle part sur le site et impossible de rentrer en contact avec eux , ni.de suivre celle-ci.
Je pense que je ne les recevrais jamais et que c est une belle arnaque ! !!

Bought glasses which broke after a couple of weeks but I received a brand new pair. This company were so helpful, will definitely order again.

I was impressed by the large selection of glasses that were available, from expensive ones to the very cheap ones.
They arrived well packaged and I now have 5 pairs of reading glasses and I am delighted with them. I am also feeling quite smug about how little I had to pay for them.
