Ik ben bang dat ik ook weken moet wachten op een paar leesbrillen.

De brillen zijn op 30 maart jl. besteld heb ze nog niet ontvangen.

En nu (29-04-2024) nog steeds niet!
Zeg maar dag met je handje!

Lange levertijd vanuit China, slechte kwaliteit clip on. Materiaal buigt gelijk door bij opzetten. Vermijden!

I normally buy another brand of clip on sunglasses. After researching online, I found that I can get three pair for just a little bit more of what one pair of the other brand cost. When I received my clip on sunglasses, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of them. They seem to be made even better than the other name brand. Customer service was excellent and responded to an email inquiry only hours after I sent it. I did email them about five days after ordering just to check on when I can expect delivery. They explained to me when I should get them and I got them even sooner than what they told me. Standard shipping was free from my order. I would recommend eye keeper to anyone looking for clip on sunglasses. Save your money and get better quality from them.

8 days ago I placed an order. Emailed me a shipping number but nothing since. Emailed their customer service asking for an update.
No response. Will be contacting the bank to reverse the charge very soon. Not impressed!!!!

Fantastic customer service, responded quickly to each query about delivery.
Received glasses today which are for my husband. Excellent quality and great value for money, we are very impressed.
I am now ordering some for myself and husband is ordering more

PROBLEME..

Product is fantastic. Have changed my review from 1 star to 4 as the glasses are amazing quality. There was no notification of a delivery or when they would arrive. Just a delay email. So order suddenly came unannounced after I had complained. Worth waiting for.

My original review was this: No sign of my order other than an automated response about shipping problems. I thought they were made in the UK. Paid weeks ago, no idea if or when they are coming. Off to the chemists to buy some more glasses now. Third pair bought since ordering and paying for them with Eyekeeper.

Funny glasses at a cheap prize. Customer support works great. The shipment tracking allows you to check the delivery date. Thank you

As usual with online shopping.. I was ready to be disappointed. Either by not receiving my order or by items that look nothing like what's posted online for sale. The opposite is true here. Not only did the product & customer service exceed my expectations, I ordered 11 more the same day I tried them. I run companies for a living. My beliefs in businesses run deep. Always based around " Under-Promise & Over-Deliver". Happy customer ' for life'!

I just had great customer service. I had 5 pairs of reading glasses I ordered and I contacted Eyekeeper because they did not fit my head and felt like they would fall off my nose. They were screwless. Eyekeeper recommended glasses with screws and I accepted the change. They shipped me another set free of charge. Several customer service reps were involved in the emails we engaged in, they were all nice and professional. The new pairs fit me just right and I am very happy. I will always buy my glasses from Eyekeeper.

Dropshipping. Je besteld maar moet heel wat weken wachten op je pakje uit China. Ik bestel niet in een Nederlandse webshop om alsnog op pakketjes uit China te wachten. Bestel ik het zelf wel in China voor een fractie van de prijs.

Slechte service,na een maand nog geen brillen. Ook geen updates over bezorging.

Update! Glasses finally arrived. However, this was not good news as none of the 4 pairs I bought are the right prescription, despite the glasses being marked up as the right prescription. Not even close and are impossible to use. Another disappointed customer.

Don't seem to deliver unless you check the tracking app, and in order to do that , you have to give them access to everything on your phone.
Very dodgy. Do not use. I have written off the money I sent them, as the only way to contact them, again, requires they have access to everything.

It took three weeks for the glasses to reach me. I bought two pairs: on one pair, the screw holding the arm on fell out the second day I had them. I couldn't repair this as the thread was non-existent. The second pair are fine- so far!

Having been bombarded with emails tempting me back for a repurchase, I thought why not, I've bought from them before and as far as I remember I had no problem, so I placed an order for the exact same glasses expecting to receive them within days. However this time I received no 'review your purchase', 'order confirmation' or 'shipment on its way' email, instead the payment was taken and I am left wondering what is going on. I got in touch with Eyekeeper and received this response 'Expect another 1-2 weeks for delivery. If there is no any progress, please feel free to contact us'. Had I known that my order was on a slow boat from China, or read the reviews, I would have bought elsewhere. For some reason I thought the glasses were being sent from the UK but 2 weeks later I am still waiting and beginning to get concerned that they may not come at all. I will not be buying from this company again and would not recommend. Buyer beware!
