Absolutely DO NOT BUY they are cheap and nasty quality! The pound shop has better glasses. A complete rip off AWFUL

Bestel geen spul vu China. Levertijd soms langer dan ern maand en slechte klantenservice. Je kunt ook niet zonder schaamte een ding van een paar euro heen en weer naar China laten verschepen. We moeten hier vanaf als we als soort nog willen overleven.

Hat alles prima geklappt. Tolle Qualität und Designs. Habe gleich nochmal bestellt um Vorrat zu haben falls mal eine kaputt geht.

Ordered product on 24 /07. Tracking has the product in China then Melbourne . Then repacked then back in China . Communication from them states just wait... aka they have no idea . Not a good service

I ordered blue light blockers twice from eyekeeper. The 1st time I was happy with my order

The 2nd time, I received the wrong item. Instead of 90% blocking, I received 40% or 60%.

Customer Service told me "you received the right order", essentially gaslighting me. I 100% sure I DID NOT receive the right items (I ordered a pack of 3). These glasses do not block blue light at all!

This is the worst after sale service. I will never trust this company again.

I purchased 2 pairs of sport blue light glasses. Both frames cracked the first time that I put them on. I tried to leave a review on their website and it looks like they omit every review that is less than 4 stars. Poor quality product seems to be common with this company and had I known, I would not have paid $18 per pair. My order was delayed and customer service was very quick to help with that.

Pros: great customer service
Cons: deceptive business practices (omitting legitimate reviews from their website), and bad quality product.

purchased multiple pack of reading glasses and, well, I guess you get what you pay for ... Placed order, received email the next day asking me to confirm the order before that shipped which was odd .. then took 15 days to arrive and two of the pairs have one broken arm .. would recommend paying a bit more and selecting a UK based company, was not clear they make and ship all orders from china! To be fair they processed a refund for me and the customer service was good.

Delivery was pretty quick. Goods were shipped from China and tracked.

I bought six pairs of reading glasses with metalless thick spring hinge. The frames are of assorted colours.

I received the glasses in the second week of June. I'm on my second pair of glasses.

Quality of reading glasses from eyekeeper is Poor. I've already placed my order of reading glasses with my previous supplier who does not stock a range of fashionable colours and designs but at least the quality is better and a speedier delivery.

I placed this order (E-447720) approximately 3 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for it. I’ve ordered from you at least 6 times prior, and have never waited this long. I’ve traced this on your website, and am quite confused. It appears that it went from New Jersey, to Texas, then to Illinois…HUH?! I’m located in Wheeling, WV…is Captain Peter Peachfuzz at the helm of this delivery? I don’t get it. Could you please kindly clarify?

I even attempted to call the phone number on your website…it goes nowhere…the mailbox is full. BTW, I’ve also sent emails, and they get returned as “unknown recipient”. What’s going on with your company and its failure to fulfill your orders?

Purchased 5 pairs readers , I broke cardinal sin and purchased via FB. I'm in UK and after purchase I realised it was a US company , with some not great reviews on trust pilot. However I purchased on Saturday 8th June and to my surprise they arrived via royal mail tracked on Wednesday 12th June, I was expecting to wait weeks or none at all . I'm guessing they have UK stock , not only that the glasses are really good quality . After my purchase I found same ones on Amazon from Eyekeeper for a couple quid more. But I'm really plsd with purchase dispatch time , a positive purchase experience after my initial apprehension because of purchasing thru FB which I never normally do. So great job eye keeper 👌🏼

I bought a pair of prescription wrap around sunglasses glasses from Eyekepper.com and I am very pleased with the service and the sunglasses. They are of good quality and they arrived in a timely manner.

paid for 5 pair of glasses through Pay Pal 5 weeks ago and still no glasses. I don't think I will be receiving them. I'll be getting in touch with Pay Pal for a refund.

These are a God send. I do a lot of sport and without my +3 glasses on, I cannot read my Garmin headset or watch. Seems that previous issues this company may have had with its communications are now resolved, as I got an immediate confirmation email and subsequent notification of dispatch. Glasses fit well, do not slip and have a clear vision. I'd definitely recommend.

Paid and ordered online on April 17. NOw May 15. 4 weeks later and no delivery in sight. Totally unacceptable, so will not buy here again. Have bought specs here before and it wasn't like this. So disappointing.
