If it was possible to give these scammers a negative score I would. They should be banned/blocked from any internet based business. I ordered my glasses on 18th July and after reading countless fake tracking updates they now show as “returned to sender”. The package allegedly got to my local depot and then disappeared, they gave me a new tracking number 4 days ago but this time they can’t even be bothered to enter ANY information. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m guessing they have no honour or integrity and won’t bother to return my money Filthy scammers when will I learn

The glasses I bought were awesome!!! I loved the sunglasses and the look for each frame was cute! Although they were all the same frames it allows me to have a pair in my car, desk, bed side table, living room table, beach bag and my purse!

One star... ease of ordering. Product not as advertised. Lenses do not transition and frames crooked. Opted to return the glasses. Post office was unable to issue a return label because the address provided does not exist! Shipping would have been only $1.99! Forced to go with option accepting a 30%refund. Full refund claim minus shipping is very misleading. Eye glasses are in the rubbish where the product belongs. Beware this company has unscrupulous tactics.

Pretends to ship from its UK warehouse but they are chinese and send from CHINA which i specifically didn't want

I have received my glasses. They're OK, good for the price. I ordered 6 pairs, do the job fine.

op hun webshop ( nl.eyekeeper.com ) is de taal in het Nederlands, de valuta is in Euro, maar ze vermelden niet dat ze de bestelling van buiten de EU zullen verzenden. Ik realiseerde me net dat ik een fout heb gemaakt bij het bestellen bij hen, ik heb geprobeerd het te annuleren voordat het werd verzonden, maar ze negeren gewoon mijn verzoek en gaan door met verzenden. Ik heb contact opgenomen met hun klantenservice, maar ze vroegen me alleen om de bestelling te accepteren en zouden me 20% refund geven, wat belachelijk is!
Ik wil mensen waarschuwen, dit is geen Europees bedrijf/website, bestellen bij hen betekent dat je hoge douanekosten plus btw moet betalen.

3 weeks later still no glasses, followed shipping as requested. Said they had been delivered by Evri NEVER DID!
Then told lost by Post Office. I have requested a full refund.

Buying was effortless, website easy to navigate. Plenty of choices of styles and colours. Love my new glasses and just 1 week from order to receipt. My 2 yr old Grandaughter loves them more than her own glasses. Thank you for great service.11/07/23

No glasses 6 days after placing order. Wish I had known they are coming from China as I do not like buying goods from China an oppressive regime.

When I thought I had not yet received the glasses after a couple of weeks (they were in the mailbox, silly me), I answered an e-mail I had been sent, and asked why I hadn't received them. I received and immediate, and very polite response, saying it showed they had been sent. I appreciated the quick response, and the polite, courteous attitude.

I love my bright, funky glasses! They aren’t flimsy and the colours Are Good. They were well wrapped. So good value for money too. Only downside was that the delivery was very slow. However Eyekeeper customer service were very helpful and we managed to find that they were stuck with Royal Mail for a few weeks. Arrived in the end and I love them!

The glasses I ordered never showed up. Ann said she would help however she did nothing and now I am out over 50 bucks and no glasses . Feel like there a scam honestly. They keep saying it was delivered when they know for a fact it wasnt. They wont take responsibility for not shipping it .

I got the cat eye glasses, that were supposed to be transion lenses, the only thing right was the magnification, and they were lightweight, but would have been great if they turned dark in the sun, as the ad described.

Took an age to come and hardly go darker at all. Buy from the uk in future
Reply from firm was wrong I bought transition NOT reading glasses - they can’t even get that right!

Update ! I recently posted a negative review due to return shipping costs.

I am changing my review to positive. After, several emails with the company. I have now received a refund at no cost. In addition to a 20% discount on future purchases. Well done Eye keeper !

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with delivery (courier to blame) Anna from customer support, replied promptly, sorted issue and I received my glasses. Very pleased.
