It is a fake company. Sent wrong size shoes and refuse to send a refund order number. The goods are also fake copies. Avoid this company.

First it is a chinese company! Products come from china. Also they do not stand by their product. Do not support these people. I bought a shirt that was supposed to be L it came labeled as XXL. I sent picture of me wearing it like a dress and they claimed I was at fault and wouldn't do anything unless I paid for shipping to return and get new shirt. The original order also took 4 weeks to arrive from china!

0/10 don't recommend. False advertising on their phone cases that don't look anything as nice as they advertise, and they make you pay for shipping to Australia to send it back for a refund. Absolutely not. Beware of this company.

Wrong size shoes,I ordered 11-1/2 and they send me #11 now I want to replaced for #12 because look,ther shoes are to small and all the size.

Don't buy from this company. They sent out the wrong shoe size 10 (we ordered the correct shoe size 11) we had proof on the receipt and they continued to say it is correct even though it isn't and the tag on the shoe even says it is a 10 then they tried to tell us the EUR size is the correct size, keep in mind shoes usually have a US, EUR, UK sizing, which this shoe has. They really have no idea how to run a business. They then refused to refund or send out the correct pair as it was their mistake. Then want us to pay for postage to send the shoes back. That should be a company expense when it is their mistake. They have terrible customer service and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They just want your money. Very unsatisfied and I would urge people not to buy from this company. It's interesting reading other reviews saying the return address is in Australia (we live in Australia) and they want us to send it to the US.

They also stated that the shoes are in Asian sizing which makes absolutely no sense. Don't sell worldwide if your target audience are Asian countries. Or state on your website as it is misleading and giving false information for your customers.

Edit: after checking their website policies, they state they us US shoe sizes to make sure people order the correct size, but they told us via email they use EUR sizing.

From their website: "we adjust the size to match US sizing, ensuring that you receive the right fit"

They should really check they're own words before telling lies to their customers.

Item was nothing like the web pages showed, the return address is in Australia because they hope you'll just keep the trash and not bother with the return

Phone Case looked different from the pictures on the website. Print was off and bad quality. It was advertised with a layered paper effect which wasnt there at all because of the cheap print.
The return policy is pretty bad because they want you to ship it to Australia, which makes it very pricey to return.

Dont make the same mistake and buy stuff from them!

Phone case was advertised as being 3D layered paper theater style. The pictures are beautiful.

Instead I got a generic case with a cheap-looking color-printed sticker on it.

Return required me shipping to Australia, which cost more than I paid for the thing.

I got my stuff fairly quickly. However I ordered 3 shirts size L and recieved 3 size XXL.

They got the stuff right, just not the size.

Ich habe eine IPhone Hülle bestellt, welche aus 3D Papierschnitt sein sollte. Geliefert wurde eine Hülle mit dem richtigen Motiv, aber es ist lediglich ein unschöner Druck, kein 3D Papierschnitt!!! Rücksendung nur auf eigene Kosten und mit Nachverfolgung!

Bought a phone case. I did receive it, but it’s not as it seemed from the picture on the website. I expected something 3D, it’s just a print. Unworth 25$

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered two shirts, an XL and XXL. Their size chart indicates XXL is 52" at the chest. The shirts I received measured 24"! One had a tag that said XXXL. Even worse is their customer service. They had me send them pictures of the shirts and then said that their size chart is just a guide and the shirts are within the manufacturer sizing. Their remedy was for me to return them at my expense to AUSTRALIA! The company advertises a US address, ships from China and then when they send you the wrong product they make it prohibitively expensive to return. SCAM!!!

Ordered sunglasses received whammy bar. They acknowledged mistake. Said it would be resolved. 5 weeks later no sunglasses

Not a scam, I received the phone case. Actually, it looks not as cool as on the website, but I received the case

Its a pure scam, I ordered a Timberland denim jacket with 65 USD and i got a made in China cheap jacket , not even with a fake logo of Timberland. And totally different size and they are not responding to my emails for a refund
