Once again, trying to get somebody to get back with me to address a shipment that was lost and both the shipping company says to contact Euplorua and Euploria says contact the shipping company. I’ve done both and neither one will address the fact that I paid for a pair of shoes Three months ago and I’ve yet to receive them. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered an XL, but they sent a 3XL. WAY too big to even try to wear. They required a return at my expense. Their customer service, which can only be contacted via email, did not speak english well and either didn't understand, or would not ship a replacement. Total scam. (Not to mention the quality of the jacket they did send was terrible.)

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
Horrible customer service! They send the wrong size and force the customer to pay for the return, basically you have to pay if you want your money back, the options are to pay to return it or keep a product that doesn't fit!

They shipped wrong size, not what I ordered then made return shipping at my cost. Clothes are unwearable not even close to fitting. Do not buy from this company.

I had no recourse but to dispute charge through my credit card because their mistake. Shipping would have been $50 almost as much as I paid for the clothing in first place and I didn't believe them capable of getting it right on second try. Rip-off!

the sweater arrived missing buttons. my many emails were ignored, they finally said they’d send the buttons but never did. horrible and so frustrating. do not recommend buying from them.

I ordered two sets of pant and jacket—not cheap—and selected the express shipping option, which cost extra and was that advertised as taking 5 to 7 days.

It took them a full week just to process the order, and another three weeks before I finally received the package.

Both sets arrived, but in size XL when I clearly ordered size M. The quality is nothing like what they show in the photos, and the packaging was poorly done and completely careless.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. It’s a scam—they don’t deliver what they advertise, and their customer service is nonexistent.

BE VERY CAREFUL—this is a complete SCAM.

I asked for a refund within 24 hours of buying some shoes. Days later they finally responded, saying they were going to take out $20 for some baloney surcharge. I threatened to escalate my case with PayPal and then they folded. Some time after that, they attempted to challenge my case, and they failed. If I hadn't made this purchase thru PayPal, I'd have gotten ripped off. PayPal also notified me that this "company" is from Hong Kong and not California as stated on their site. Certified grifters. Do NOT fall for this scam.

FAKE SCAM WEBSITE ! BEWARE

Ordered a pair of smart looking brown and black leather boots. What turned up was a cheap package sent straight from a China with no returns information.

The boots (if you can call them that) look absolutely nothing like the picture. And the strong smell of plastic and solvents screams, cheap and poorly made.

It’s absolutely shocking a camp at is allowed to trade and get away with such blatant false advertising.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Euploria. The quality of these jeans is shockingly poor. They feel like some of the cheapest jeans I’ve ever owned, and for the price I paid, it’s absolutely not worth it. The color was also completely off from what was advertised. I felt misled by the images online. And the sizing? It was way off. They fit more like a skinny style rather than the baggy look I wanted. To top it off, their customer service was terrible. Not only do you have to pay for shipping to receive the jeans, but you also have to pay to return them. Since I live in the US, this means extra costs for international shipping. It’s just not acceptable. I strongly advise against buying from Euploria.

I urge you to stay away from this company ! The products are NOTHING like the images on the website plastic junk that probably cost £0.50 and charging £30 after weeks and weeks product has arrived and the quality is so bad it cannot be used

We ordered a men's size 2x track suit..the sizing completely inaccurate even according to their own sizing on their website...bottoms were at most a med.. top close to an xl (after taking measurements of the suit) Company would exchange at your cost of shipping ( to Australia) I'm in Canada...even though the sizing issue was their problem not mine...why would I pay to ship and exchange when most likely I would have the same issue with their sizing..they only offered a 15% refund or exchange..do not shop at this company as they do not stand behind their products and sizing is completely inaccurate...they take no responsibility..also website says California..

I had a very frustrating experience with my recent order. I selected US Size 10.5 using the website’s shoe size selection system, but I received a US Size 10 instead. The shoes do not fit properly, and the sizing system is incredibly misleading.

To make matters worse, they do not offer refunds or exchanges, which means I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. The lack of accuracy in their size chart and the restrictive return policy makes this a very disappointing experience.

I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to be cautious when selecting shoe sizes, as it seems like the company doesn’t take responsibility for sizing mistakes.

This is a horrible company! I never received my order and it's been over a month. Back and forth, "it's been sent" "we're sorry for the delay" "here's a $20 voucher" "we're having logistical issues". Total scam, do not order from this company!!

I have been waiting 8 weeks for my order. They keep telling me it has shipped and they are waiting for the tracking numbers. I asked them to cancel my order and they said it would cost me 20.00 to cancel my order that they can not ship. will never order from them again!! BEWARE!!!

Absolutely worst quality shoes and look nothing like their website. The shoes also smell terrible like chemical. I don't like my chances of a refund so the shoes will mostlikely be thrown in the bin.

I ordered two apple watch bands at the end of November. I wore them intermittently with light use. Aesthetically, Depends what to be nice and seem to be made fairly well. However, one of the decorative pieces on one of the watch bands must have fallen out after only a few wears and a couple of months. I wrote to the company to ask for them to replace the piece, which was probably worth less than a penny. They were responsive, but said they only had a 30 day warranty and offered a 20% discount on a new watchband. Why would I buy something that fell apart so easily, regardless of the discount. I would not recommend buying for this company as most of their products are likely made in China With sub standard manufacturing.

I’m still trying to return a product that didn’t work for me. It’s now 7-8 weeks of back and forth dialog. I do not recommend this company.
