I canceled my order 15 minutes after reading all the reviews and 15 minutes after I placed the order, and they canceled it, but charged me $10.00 anyway. I emailed them a couple of times to find out what the charge was for and never got an answer.

Be careful this company is not real. Nothing that you see on the website is true

Terrible cheap sneakers wrong size on top of it. Won’t respond to a return either it says package must be intact for return yet reply email says To investigate this matter thoroughly, could you please share clear images of the product along with size label? These will help us assess the issue accurately and coordinate with our carrier to find the best possible solution.

This company ships fake products.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EUPLORIA! Their products are cheap and nothing as pictured or described. The OC shoes are poor knockoffs. Mines arrived nearly busted at the seams and visible glue, The were extremely large unlike the true brand which is fit to size and accurately described and designed. DON’T TRUST THEIR RETURN POLICY! They won’t provide the information or respond to refund requests. The number listed on their website is fake and you will never reach anyone. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! But you won’t get a dime back.

This company sold me a cheap knockoff of OC Motion Sneakers — uncomfortable, poorly made, and not at all as advertised. They claim to allow returns within 30 days, yet after seven attempts to get a return number and form, I’ve received nothing but repeated partial refund offers. They clearly have no intention of honoring their return policy. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my credit card company to try to recover my money. Avoid this seller at all costs.

The shoes I received are a poor knockoff of On Cloud shoes. Very uncomfortable and poorly made. They allow returns within 30 days of receipt, but requires a return number and form which they have yet to provide even thought they have received 7 requests from me. they respond each time with an offer of a partial refund. I finally started a dispute with my credit card company to recover my charges.

If I could give a negative star score, I most definitely would, a thousand times! Cheap and very poorly manufactured! Just bad. Definitely a scam. Not even Temu quality.

These people are scammers, avoid at all costs.

Bought a phone case for 14.99, and they charged me an additional 9.99 in shipping.

Read reviews on here after I bought the item, immediately asked for a refund (within the hour).

They refunded me 9.99, for shipping that never happened, and kept my 14.99. So I paid 15 bucks for... nothing.

So, it is probably me - I keep getting hit by these cheap Chinese companies on IG that show certain products and then when you get it - the quality is terrible and it looks nothng like what you thought it would. I know, I know - stop falling for it!! I bought the Eveil Eye Mystic Shield for someone as a gift, and I can't even give it to her because it is so cheesy! I took a picture of the pic online and the product, so you can see the difference. It's insane!

As most have said, the quality is complete CRAP!!! good luck trying to send back anything. I did get a response from their returns dept saying that they were sorry I was dissatisfied and would offer me a 20% discount on my next order, 😂. But if I still wanted to return I would need an RA# to return for refund. After a week I still have not seen said RA# so I suspect I've been ripped off. Don't even buy a button from these donkeys.

I ordered a pair of men’s sunglasses from their website. The glasses they sent were absolutely nothing like what I ordered. They offered a 20-30-40% refund if I kept them. I told them I wanted what I ordered. Then they started a series of emails stating I needed to pay for return shipping if I wanted a refund.

They could have just sent a rock (which I didn’t order either) and tell me to keep the rock and offer a partial refund.

Buyer beware of this company.

The shoes are cheap...very cheap. Low quality. There customer service is somewhat responsive but we'll see on return and refund.

cheap Chinese shoes...uncomfortable and no way to return

Well my order arrived and within the time period predicted. Sadly, the shoes I ordered were a size smaller than I had ordered disappointedly. The actual shoes were lovely and worth the £42 paid. I'm not bothering to send them back as that will cost me half of what they are worth. A friend of mine has offered to buy them from me for £20. So not a complete loss. I'll never use this company again though.

I made the mistake of ordering a pair of shoes advertised on my FB feed (I should've known better), The shoes were produced and shipped by Euploria. They arrived within a week but were of very poor quality (the tab that holds the elastic laces came off when I took them out of the package and tried them on for the first time, the soles were thin and I could tell they were poorly made). I have now followed the procedure to reach customer service and receive a refund for this purchase. That was a week ago and...nothing. Poor quality, poor customer service. (Edit: it has now been a month and still no word from customer service. I've thrown these shoes away).Be warned.

It takes forever to ship. Didn’t realize that it is being shipped from China. During checkout it say 3-4 business days. It is now 2 weeks and status of my order is still in “shipping”.
Never buying again on this store. Would not recommend to anybody.
