Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe che non calzavano. Sto cercando di cambiarle con una taglia diversa. Sono state inviate molte email senza ricevere risposta.

Ordered pair of shoes that did not fit. Trying to exchange for different size. Multiple emails have been sent with no response.

Le scarpe sono arrivate con residui di colla secca dappertutto. Non sono fatte bene. Sono deluso.

The worst customer service and rude interactions

Customer service has been fabulous and the product is pure Italian luxury - one of the best sneakers I have ever owned.

I’ve finally found sneakers that are both stylish and truly comfortable. Unlike classic cupsole sneakers, Euforia’s high fussbett makes walking effortless. I love the minimal, iconic design — especially in the monochrome versions. I started with the Tumbled Leather, but the Suede is next.

Ever since I got these sneakers, I can’t wear anything else anymore! Not only are they incredibly comfortable thanks to the inner footbed that provides support and naturally elongates the leg, but they’re also extremely stylish. The color variations are refined, versatile, and perfect to pair with contemporary looks without ever feeling ordinary. A perfect blend of comfort and design: simply impossible not to fall in love with them!

If you are looking for style, look no further. These shoes go well with your smart casual wardrobe and even your ‘smart’ wardrobe. Plus, comfort to boot. What’s there not to like?

I honestly don’t know how Euforia have pulled this off. On the outside, they look exactly like they’ve walked straight out of their Italian fashion house – pure Cucinelli vibes. But on the inside? It’s basically Nike trainers hiding in disguise (pre-2020 Nike comfort at that!). Who knew luxury could actually be this comfortable.
I’ve already had 2 people in restaurants and 1 in an airport asking me where I got them from. Thank you Euforia, I’ll be back.

I was one the the first customers to test the early protoypes of Euforia Sneakers, the design is similar to other premium hand-made Italian luxury sneakers, using premium leather and hand stitching. However, these have almost 1 inch of memory foam inside so they are by far the most comfortable while maintaining the style I expect from a hand made shoe in Venice.
