A total fraud. I submitted my order for a pair of On Cloud shoes back in September of 2025. It's now late January, and I have still not received the shoes. Every time I attempt to contact customer service, my email bounces back because the listed address is unknown. A scam.

These are knockoffs They have a side stamp that is not OC. I threw mine away they fell apart after rain and hiking and did not support my feet. Isn’t there a copyright law against copying brand name shoes?

I would give them zero stars if I could.
One of their customers, Euploria, sells fake sneakers made to look like in ON - On Running brand.
They are so cheaply made they might last one day of use.
I filed a dispute with Affirm and they sided with Euploria but will not share what their evidence amounted to.
Beware, Affirm will not support you so don’t use them.

Can I give a zero. I buy a lot of on cloud products. Recently I saw an add of special series on Facebook. I bought knowing I was running a risk. Today I received them. Poor Chinese counterfeit, smelly really laughable so … stay away.

They're scammers. Don't buy anything from this company. You receive thousands of emails from them, but when you finally buy something, there's no one you can contact. I never received the three pairs of shoes I ordered; the total cost was over $200.00.

Bought shoes that turned out to be cheap knockoffs! Company will not even reply back to emails!!! Stay clear of this company unless you have lots of money to throw away!! Crooks!!!!

This is a SCAM company. I purchased 5 pairs of FAKE ON Cloud shoes.
No reply to my continues emails to their “customer support line.” When you call the 18882772560 number, you will be asked to press 1 for a $100 gift card or 2 “hang up.” If you get an “operator,” they will hang up on you.
An absolute SCAM. How are they allowed to get away with this?

I don't want to give any stars (that should be an option). I called the contact number available (888-277-2560) and the male that took my call was rude, vague, and hung up on me. I asked him what buisness he was connected to and he told me that the company he works for is for a wide-range of stores. That's a red flag amongst others. Definitely a scam and I don't forsee me getting my money back and it sounds like a low-grade quality product coming my way......WHENEVER THAT IS

DO NOT BUY SNEAKERS FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased for close to $100 a pair of "On cloud" sneakers. They looked the part, but where very uncomfotable. I emailed the company numerous times for a refund or exchange and have yet to hear back from them. Definetly not satisfied and would not purchase from this company again.

It’s a scam. I called customer service today because they haven’t responded to my email in a few weeks. They sent me the wrong shoe size, and I needed to replace them. At some point in our conversation, they asked me to confirm my debit account number and routing number, and that was an immediate red flag. I paid with a credit card. As soon as I told them I was not sharing that information, they dropped the line. I called Amex to file a fraudulent claim, and it was already taken care of.

I received shoes that did not fit me — the size was much larger than expected. I contacted Euploria requesting an exchange or return and was informed I would receive a response within 24–48 hours.
It has now been over 11 days, and I have received no reply to my emails. My attempts to resolve this issue directly with customer service have been ignored.
I am leaving this review because I see many similar complaints about lack of communication and unresolved returns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website.
If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with a credit card chargeback.

Total falls advertising and attracting customers by advertising on cloud brands . I didn’t believe I ordered on Dec 14th 2025 I received a delivery shipped from china literally in a delivery plastic bag ( not in a box) on jan 6th 2026 . and it’s completely a scam . It’s hard to get a refund . Please don’t fell in a trap .

I have not received an order and no responding from a company.

Purchased what was advertised, brand name OC sneakers. Received knock-off sneakers with company logo(Euploria)on it. They are defrauding customers. Will pursue other avenues to hopefully, along with all the other complaints, shut their website down.

I tracked the pair of shoes I ordered and it showed it went from US to China and back. No wonder it took forever. When it finally got here, they weren't the shoes I ordered. They weren't even in a box.They were in a bag. Now i'm realizing I got scammed and I have to go through my bank to attempt to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

This is a total scam and I can't believe I fell for it, I was hoping to get a discount on the On Cloud shoes I thought I was purchasing. They were total knockoffs and when I called for a refund, I was told the system is down and for me to provide my credit card. When I questioned why this was necessary, he cursed me out and told me to get a brain. Please do not fall victim, they need to be reported to the BBB.

A total scam!!! This site advertises name brands, and they send you cheap fake Chinese knock offs, when you request a refund for your order you will never hear back from them, consider your money stolen.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, it is a total scam.

If I could give them a minus 1 I would. Cheap grade wrong color not as advertised and paid over $100. DO Not be fooled pictures look good and you think at there price it wouldn’t be fake but they are. My one and only Christmas present and I would rather wear socks. Not even Dollar store quality. Shame on you bunch of crooks,
