I’m still trying to return a product that didn’t work for me. It’s now 7-8 weeks of back and forth dialog. I do not recommend this company.

I have terrible experiencia buy from this company i still wait resolve the problem whit mi bank, i buy sunglasses is realy bad, olso used ghost carrier for delivery Space X. I received trash sunglasses plate, take month to delivery this company is from china not california,

If I could score lower I would. Order from this company at your peril. Nearly a month since I ordered and despite many emails I just keep getting excuses as to why I’ve still not received a tracking number. Requests to cancel the order are just ignored, with the same excuses just being repeated. Absolutely terrible company.

A fraudulent company. I bought from them and did not receive anything and there is no response from them. How can I put less than one star?

Is it possible to put less than 1 star? This is total scam, i ordered “natural leather” sneakers, guess what not even natural leather but also extremely bad quality disastrous looking and foot hurting. Other 2 Items I bought didn’t even come in a month now, oh my oh my!! China scam!!!

Total scam, the product advertised are not at all what you get. If fact they will be extremely poor quality product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered a "Belmont leather sneakers" and jacquard lounge set on Dec 8, 2024 for a total of $127.47. Today is December 30th 2024 and am yet to receive my order. They deceptively used a California address and phone number which is never answered. If you send an email it is generically and automated responded to. If I had known that the shipment will originate from China I would've proceeded after my usual due diligence. But if I don't receive my paid item I will make sure I will be the last person Euploria will deceive. Meanwhile do not deal with Euploria. Do not be deceived by the doctored good looking pictures on their site.

This company is fake, I ordered one pair of shoe and they charged twice in bank account. The item that I received is totally crap. I contacted them for return and refund ( and they don't reply promptly), they gave me the return address somewhere in Australia and return cost is customer's responsibility. This is total scam.

Je n’ai pas acheté sur ce site, Facebook m’a proposé une très beaux ensemble le sweat-shirt et pantalon, mais sur base des commentaires des victimes je ne vais pas passer à l’achat. Je trouve aussi que Facebook est un peu responsable car Facebook propose aux utilisateurs les produits des sites Web non fiable. L’envie me ronge de passer commande mais je vais m’abstenir, merci pour les commentaires, ça sauve.

This company is apparently complete crap! Mad that I fell for buying two phone cases fully described as a 3D paper design and they are a flat print on the cheapest plastic case ever!😡 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I can return them but it will cost 3 times the amount I paid for them as they are located in Australia, not CA as it says on their website.

Very deceptive product descriptions and images. As others have said, they advertise "intricate 3D design phone cases" but you just end up with the cheapest possible plastic case with a terrible low quality print. Shipping fees cost about as much as the product was advertised for. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering...

TOTAL SCAM! I purchased 3 items, all XS, they sent me clothing marked M, XL and unmarked but huge. When I complained they said that their sizes have nothing to with the sizing labels and sent me a size chart. the size chart had nothing to do with what they sent me. when I pointed that out, they said that I could return it to Australia. I am in the US and their website says they are in Torrence, CA. The quality of the items, if they did fit, is not good and do not look like the pictures. Do NOT buy from them.

Bought track suit and cardigans, all the items were the wrong size, I ordered size xl, received size 3xl which actually fit as if it were a size small, cardigan had buttons but no button holes ,I will never purchase anything from this company again, All out scam💩💩

If I could give a negative number on this coming I would. Shoe pictures do not represent what is received both in quality and looks. They were shipped from a local address to me but when I asked to return the company rep said I had to pay for shipping to Australia which would be more than the shoes. Really?

This is not a good company to purchase goods. Don’t let the price of the shoes fool you. Run but don’t run with these shoes on. Buy American

Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam . Do not falls into the same mistake I did when I bought from them . It’s fake website. They take your money and you will never see your item. Two pair of shoes I purchased from them . They send me an email with tracking number saying that I should receive them on Dec 2d . every time I check the tracking system I see them back and fourth many times between China USA San Francisco and back China then Facility then ready for delivery then Mainland China on their way to customer ….etc within a week . So this is raised the flag that something was not right and smoky . Finally , I got an email from them on the November 22d saying that the customer was not available to get his items and the item back to Distributor facility a customer need to contact speedX Delivery Service to get his order. But the scammer forgot that tracking number first one is USPS tracking number . Bottom line this website is a SCAM Do not buy from them.

Dishonest seller, product doesn't look like what was described and false advertising about its design (phone case). Don't buy from them.

As what others have said, it's a dishonest seller/ website. They falsely advertise their product's properties/ descriptions and sell them at extremely high prices with costly shipping fees.
Only did I realise I had been scammed when the items came in a packaging with Chinese text on it. Did a search on Aliexpress and found the same items at $5.
Bought 3 phone cases with shipping for a total of $75; the same items on Aliexpress was $15 with free shipping. Worse was I didn't receive 1 of the cases ordered and till now (5 days later), there is no response from them.

Sent wrong size shoes, returned them but were sent back due to THIER locker being full. Wasted $100 on a pair of shoes that don't fit because they sent the wrong size.

I saw these awesome looking boots on on my feed. I even checked to make sure it was a U.S. company. It says from CA.
I knew I was in trouble when they told me that it was coming from their warehouse.....in China!
A month later, I received them. To my disappointment, they looked nothing like the boots in the pic. They weren't even boots. They looked like a pair of cheap brown dress shoes with black ankle wraps stitched onto them. Definitely not the boots I imagined myself wearing while riding my Harley! Of course, there is a return policy that involves you paying for shipping. They offer you a partial refund, but its not worth it, along with repackaging and waiting in line at the post office. So, I just kept them.....but I would not be caught dead wearing them. Again, the company walks away with more than the shoes are worth. This is the 3rd time that I am dealing with the same exact scam. No more ordering off of FB ( for real, this time )!!!!
