Just got off of the phone with a rude…
Just got off of the phone with a rude customer service lady with an accent. I returned an ugly wig and paid for it to be mailed back. The post office told me the label was not paid for. So, EY told me they deducted 7.99 for postage label. You see where this is going, right? Needless to say I am still trying to get my refund weeks later. BUT WHY IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SO IGNORANT AND RUDE? my mom, aunts and I are done with them

I ordered 2 items to be shipped to 2 addresses. My order confirmation for order E3759169 confirmed the 2 addressed. They sent both to the same address. When contacted, they refused to send my item.

When I spoke to customer service they said that I would have to get my item back from my friend; they would not ship it again. This is terrible policy. They were totally uncooperative.This was their mistake and they flatly refused to make it right.

Don’t know where in the return policy…
Don’t know where in the return policy it say that they send your stuff to clarity. Cause I know the book isn’t say anything about it. And when I call and ask something bout it they never mention it to me. Then when you call and ask question they get nasty. So when you get in the same tone it’s a problem. I will never order anything from them again.. I am going to review them on verything even my YouTube channel. This company will never have any good luck !

Disgusting Ripoff Company!
AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Probably one of the worse companies in the history of the internet. I bought 10 wigs from EY. Some are so fake looking I've seen better "hair" on toys at the Dollar Store. Others resembled something that should be fed to livestock. I don't dare go near horses as one might think it is a bale of hay and start eating off the top of my head. Two look like Brillo pads that I could use to scrub my skillets to a like-new shine. All are a ratchet mess and whether used for a clown, birds nest or rat's nest, they would be equally interchangeable. In addition, they have horrible customer service. They force you to buy their junk wigs by demanding "exchange only". However, what they show in pictures and what they send are two different things. Two exchanges were matted and smelly. One agent didn't even know what kind of caps the wigs had! I returned the first using their pre-paid label and they deducted $8 from my refund. (I can return them myself for $3.) None of these wigs were remotely even close to what the picture looked like. In addition, they will charge a whopping $19 "restocking fee" at their discretion! I'm out a couple hundred $$ and no wigs to wear!. Lesson learned. Avoid this place and shop elsewhere. Buyer beware.
