Went online to look for a wig and I saw…

Went online to look for a wig and I saw a picture of a wig that looked cute called portia in the color tt661327. The model looked beautiful and the price was less than $20 so I thought it was a steal. Beware of clearance wigs and pictures. Is so hard to shop online for wigs as all you have to go on is picture maybe youtube video if lucky. It took over a week to arrive. When I opened box yesterday I didn't even try wig on. It looked like white doll hair and I know how to use dry shampoo to rid shine but this was bad. Extremely fake looking texture like barbie doll. I found out that I could return the item using their smart post label which will cost me 8.95 and then I paid 8.95 shipping so to return would cost me over$17 and then wigs go back. I'm posting this to help other people who have limited money to spend and think they are going to get a really nice wig for inexpensive. Please check before you are stuck with something you don't want and
waste your money

I should have listened to the reviews I read. I only received one item from my order. I called and they said all my items were packaged in one shipment. I need to wait until October 20 to call back. They are terrible. Not even bbb accredited. I will never order again or refer anyone. How hard is it to be honest and fair with your customers!

Scratchy neck

I purchased a caftan and put it on for bedtime. It started scratching me around the neck. As a looked at it, it had a gold edging sewed around the neck. It was stiff and scratchy. And because I removed the tag (but still had it) I could not return it. Who, in their right mind would sell a product that's made like that. Especially Yours should be ashamed of themselves for selling this.

Customer service is very important when you're ordering on line during a pandemic. This one company that should go out of business

I ordered three craftan and only received one of them. I called to ask when I would received the other two. Customer Service said one was sent May 10 and other one was sent June 12. And if I haven't received them it's my job to file a claim with the post office and track them down. Worst customer service ever. Do not shop here ASHRO sent the item and provided a tracking number. These people are a joke.

Company gives Customers the Runaround

I returned an item in April, which they received on 21st April. Every since then I have been getting the runaround about my refund. I was told to call back in two days and I called back in two weeks. I was then told it would take two to three weeks to process. When I stated it had already been that long, then I was told to call back in another two days. I then spoke to a Supervisor and she stated that her Superior said it would take another week. This company is full of crap. I will never buy anything else from them.

I HAVE NOT ORDERED A WIG IN MY LIFE TIME, I SAW THE WIGS IN ESPECIALLY YOURS MAGAZINE AND I HAD TO GET ONE THEY LOOKED REALLY GOOD MY HUSBAND LIKED THEM I ORDERD THREE WIGS TWO WERE ON BACK ORDERD WAITING ON LAST ONE. THANK U CANT WAIT TO GET LAST WIG. ALLISON. I LOVE THE WIGS.

I've been a customer for several years…

I've been a customer for several years now and I can admit not every wig I purchased was great but overall the majority were/are. I'm not gifted with being able to style hair so I depend on a wig that's prestyled and holds the style. I've probably purchased at least 30 wigs and was only dissatisfied with maybe 2 or 3 at most. Not bad if you ask me! I recommend Especially Yours highly. Great styles and affordable prices.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ms. Young is a horrible supervisor. She would not assist me with removing an authorization charge on a checking account. They put double the amount on hold and stated that she could not help me. One rep. Said for me to call my bank, I did that. My bank asked me to ask them to fax something to them stating that I will not be charged for the amount Ms. Young said, no. I will not order from Especially Yours again! Sharon Curry

This was my first time ordering from…

This was my first time ordering from Especially Yours and I paid for expedited shipping. I called twice to make sure that it would get here before I took my trip well what do you know, it came after I left for my trip so I was not able to wear the dress. I called customer service and told them what happened and they said that they could not refund my extra shipping cost because that was their policy . Also I learn that they charged an additional 14. 95 to my credit card saying that I had signed up for some Platinum Rewards. I did not do that what a scam I will never order from them again

Not happy

Not happy, ordered a dress on back order for two weeks then it went on sale while I was waiting for it and they would not adjust the costs and then I asked could I reorder and just get a free shipping code since I did not have shipping costs on the original order and they said no. They said I can reorder and pay for shipping which defeats the whole point. They seem very non customer service friendly. Neimans, Saks, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms and even Macys would never do this to a customer. The quality of their clothing is not that great for me to care that much.

Problem Solved!

I work for an extended care facility where one of our residents placed an order with Especially Yours. When her order wasn't received, customer service was contacted twice to no avail. We then called management who responded promptly. We sent the copy of the order and cancelled check. Management found the error, corrected it and compensated the customer for their trouble. They even took it a step further by asking us to help them track the customer service calls in order to fix the problem at its source. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome, but most importantly our resident was thrilled!

I ordered an item twice on 2 to 3 day…

I ordered an item twice on 2 to 3 day delivery and haven't received it yet. Will Never order from here again. Worse place to order from I have Ever seen. CUSTOMER service wouldn't even take my order over the phone, she told me to re-order online. Why? I have you on the phone, can't you take the order to make sure it goes through and I get it? SERIOUSLY! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, department need training. I had to call back over four time, each time I received a Different update. One customer service answer the phone , not with an hello, she answer the phone, and just said “What’s your problem “ I had to request we start this Again, by saying hello, how can I help you. I will Never purchase from this website again. I poor everything, save yourself headache.

This company should be put out of…

This company should be put out of business!! Advertising 100% Human Hair and it is clearly not. The tag on the hair states " Human Hair blend" and describes it as synthetic.Their customer service reps will read what the description has as 100% from the description and argue with you about it and I am clearly reading what is attached to the wig "Hilary" in one catalog it has synthetic and the next two months another catalog has it has 100% human hair. I spritzed it with purified water not tap water and the back does not curl like the sides. It clumps together like a brillo pad. It is clearly more synthetic and a few strands are human. I wasted my time with these illiterate people. I should have not HAVE TO TALK TO 5 PEOPLE , supervisors Jammesha and Rhea find a REAL JOB. You both need customer service training and elementary phonics as well as the other three people I spoke with. They debated with me that Human blend is Human hair. I asked Rhea is the hair on your head a blend? I'm complaining to the Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs , I told them I can send them a copy of what the tag states and take a picture of this mess, besides the wig does not have 100% human hair on the tag attached to it. I don't have time to throw away 73.00 on something that is advertised as 100%.Supposedly regular price is $160.00. I'd like to say a few other 4 letter words. It is written in your catalog as one thing and on the tag that is attached to the wig it has something else both are legal documents and you are selling the public BAD HAIR. False advertising. I think horse hair is better than this crap.They really deserve a (minus zero) I should take them to my favorite Judge on TV. (LOL) Really I'm perturbed about the company's representatives attitudes. I'm glad I can laugh this off a lesson learned. Don't try to ask for a manager you'll be o hold for ever until you decide to hang up. I wanted to talk to the OWNER. I know 73.00 is not that serious but it's the principle of the way this company is doing business. Well my next step is the BBB and Consumer Affairs

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They charged me shipping both ways for a return. I purchased a blouse and a belt size "small" and they were both very big. I ended up paying over $20 on shipping charges. Buying online is risky because you aren't sure if things will fit. I think they should be more reasonable with shipping charges. And by the way, their agents on the phone do not have any idea what they are doing and manager was rude and unreasonable. Would never buy there again and will not recommend to my friends.

Mad at Especially Yours

I have ordered from them in the past with great success. Even recommended them to friends. The wig I fell in love with was discontinued for 2 years, this year it was brought back and to my joy I ordered 2. The wigs I received were of poor quality, wrong color, mess!
Shame on you Especially Yours!
