The wig has been used, it came with no tags and appears matted when advertised as curly. When I contacted customer service I was told that I had to pay to return. Why should I pay for their mistake??? It is not fair, I have been shopping with Especially Yours since the 90s, but no more!!! I did not receive what I paid for so why should I pay to return it???

Poor Customer Service
I ordered an item for my Christmas and I was needing to return it. Well I am currently going through Chemo and could not make it to the post office in time so they denied my return. Their customer service and compassion is lackluster and I am a one and done customer I will be on a review tour of this business. It's not like my return would wreck them financially, a 30 dollar caftan. I wouldn't give them a star at all if I could.
Used Wig Sold on Clearance?
Used wigs should not be repackaged and sold. I purchased the Bernadette synthetic wig. The wig looked as if it had been worn and someone had repackaged it. I called to ask about returning it and was told I have to pay my own postage. I got logged out of my account and asked them to send a link and the rep instead said I had not created an account. I hung up and tried again and received a message that I already had an account. I called back and relayed my message to the rep and she just held the phone and would not say anything. I had to end up creating another account. Terrible customer service. Terrible wig.
Poorly Made Dress
I purchased a dress that was too big. Called customer service and told them I would be returning the dress but, ordering one in a different size. I asked the agent if the other dress did not fit would I be able to return both. NEVER, during our conversation did she say I would only receive Merchandise Credit. So, I accepted that fact. However, after I received the second dress it needed to be adjusted. I took it to the alterations shop. Before I could even get the dress on the feathers started falling off!! They have continued to fall off and this is before I could even wear it. When I called Customer Service and told them what was happening they responded with do you want to return the dress. My response to them was what do I wear in the meantime? I only had 3 days before the event. Their only resolution would be to return the dress and now I would have 2 merchandise credits to a merchant that I will only order from to use the merchandise credit that I have. So, as I attend the event I hope I won’t leave a trail of feathers.
Covered Up Ripped Sleeve with A Jacket
This is the first time I order a dress from especially yours. While the dress fit fine, the sleeve was ripped and was cover up by the jacket. Very disappointing, that you would send and item that is ripped and non wearable. Then you return policy is outrageous!! You have to pay for returning the item when you already paid an unbelievable amount to have it shipped to you. I will never, ever order from this company again, I advise others to do the same.

Return an order that I purchase on delay payment, this was in August, wasn't told that I would be charged $31 dollars for this they make you pay for insurance but when you send it back it goes by certified mail, so why do they double bill you .

Worst company practices ever
Worst company practices ever. Buyer beware‼️ This is the only company I know of that charges you to send their stuff back .even after they included a postage return slip. Their clothes are NOT true to fit. The first size 18 I purchased fit perfectly so I ordered two more. I couldn't get the dress over my shoulders. Had to be a size 14 or less. It has taken 2 months to get my replacement .. absolutely unbelievable. Then they took my refund for the other dress and gave me store credit. I don't want their products. Stay away from this company..periodt‼️

I would rate a zero if possible. I title this foolish desperation because the last time I ordered a wig from your company, I really promised myself I would never do that again. No wig that I have ordered from you lives up to the picture. I either return the wig or never wear it, lost money for me. This wig barely had enough hair to cover one's face on the sides or the hairline of the back. Barely any hair fullness and the extended neck is a joke. MORE OF A PIXIE CUT, OVERALL! Poor customer service. I tried calling every number provided online and still got the same person or I was put on hold and told to call back. Customer service is horrible for this reason I am considering never ordering from them again. They were rude and ,unprofessional

I ordered a suit for Mother’s Day! It arrived in time looking a hot mess! Thread was hanging all over the place and the fabric was cheap looking. I paid $170 it it looked worth $25 at best. I requested a return label from the vendor via email and received it the next day. I sent the garment back the following day. It took me three weeks to receive a refund. Once I did, I received only $135. Of course, I called the company to find out why I was cheated out of my FULL refund. I was told the garment was in perfect condition when it was returned so are only refunding a portion of my money. Also that the return label they sent to me cost $12. Math still ain’t matching because 135+12 is NOT $170. I asked to speak to a manager and the Asian rep on the phone asked me what is the name of the person I want to speak to. I said I don’t know anyone at your company! Just put me on the phone with a manager so I can get my money back. She continued to say the same thing over and over refusing to transfer me without my given her a name. So I just hung up! PLEASE, do not ever order anything from this place. You will be over charged and received horrible merchandise!

If I could give them a zero. Do not.. I repeat do not buy from this company. Poor quality of shoes, hat made by a 3 year old and the glue will start to dissolved. Customer Service is at its best horrific. Please do not buy from them! Run ! purchased several items (apparel) online to give as Christmas gifts. The order arrived timely. I received all the items ordered. So far, so good… read on. Upon inspection of the order, I found the quality of many items to be poor and I felt uncomfortable giving the items as gifts. So, I decided to return part of the order. Here's where things got tricky… read on. In speaking with Demoya, the "Customer No Service" Rep, then, Katie, the "Customer No Service" Supervisor, and finally, Moesha, the "Customer No Service" Manager, I learned that there is inequity in how the 30-day return period is implemented. The clock starts when the order is SHIPPED to the customer (not received by the customer) but the clock ends when the order is RECEIVED by the company (not shipped to the company). If the 30-day countdown starts before I even receive the order and I have to return it several days in advance to ensure delivery by day 30, the return period is really 2 weeks, maybe less. A more fair policy would be to start and stop the clock at the same point for both the customer and the company — either the ship date or the delivery date on both ends. I am extremely disappointed. Now, you've been warned. Beware of this subtle "Gotcha" practice. Fool me once… well, you know the rest. Especially Yours, do better!
I bought two outfits and returned them both
I bought two outfits, and returned them because they didn't fit properly. It was on a deferred payment plan. Now they are sending me a bill to pay for the item I returned and they will give me a $40.00 credit towards a purchase. How nice of them to use my money to give me a credit. When I asked if I could pay for the shipping and they keep the credit. I was told that it couldn't be done because it is not their policy. Buyer be ware, I can't prove it but I'm sure they just sold the item to someone else. Seams to me they would have policies that benefit their customers rather than the company. I will never buy anything from them again and I hope you will think twice before the purchase. They couldn't come up with reasonable outcome to my problem. They just want the money.
