My first order never arrived, after contacting support and letting them know; they got right on it and my replacement order arrived a few days later.

Delicious! Finally one that tastes like coffee. Love it ♥️

It’s not very flavorful at all..

I didn't like the taste. I was drinking a stronger mushroom coffee for over a year. I just wanted to try something different. I am back to my old coffee.

I cancelled my subscription via email - no one confirmed. Then I got a new shipment. I contacted them to return it - no one replied.

do not buy from them..its took SIX weeks to get my trial order (small order with a frother and scoop). six weeks! then they automatically enrolled me in a subscription and charged my bank 40.00 for subscription that i NEVER ENROLLED OR HAD A DESIRE TO ENROLL in. I contacted them and they took me off but still took money out of my checking account and is sending me more coffee that i do not want. This has been ongoing for over a month of back and forth! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Your mushroom coffee is terrible. It tastes like tea more than coffee. My first order took a month to arrive and by the time it did you already sent me another order and charged $75. I was unable to cancel my subscription before I even tasted your product. You wouldn't let me return it so I'm out the money.

I already voiced my opinion and requested that you cancel my subscription. The product caused digestive upset and dizziness! No more ERTH Coffee. Thanks.

Never received my order despite numerous emails. I gave up eventually. Then to my surprise I was charged 40.00 for a second order that I was unable to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card to mitigate any future charges. BTW, I received the second order that I did not place. Not even gonna try based on these recent reviews. SCAM!!!

It is a total scam. Buy one and they enroll you for monthly shipments. Cancelling is difficult and when you complain to support they just you are on repeat orders!

placed my order 7/12/26 and as of today 8/2/26 I have not received my order . My attempts to contact erth labs have been unsuccessful ..

Way overpriced, not at all value for money.
A weak non-coffee taste; after trying for 40 days, no obvious health benefits.

Slow 4 weeks for delivery!!

BEWARE:
Despite the advertised 45-day guarantee, it doesn't exist. A refund was refused. Customer service is slow with convenient excuses: i.e. "Please note that our previous 45-day guarantee is no longer available. Due to the nature of the product"
To add insult to injury, I was later informed that unless a cancellation is made within 20 days, a 30-day order renewal is automatically placed. So I was scammed for a further unwanted order

So far so good I have a return response. I just can’t wait to try the new product. I wanna do good for myself and in any possible way and start off in the morning like this will be another step forward. Thank you for responding promptly. I’ll be waiting for the next response. The shipment took a few weeks to deliver (slow). The package had no welcome letter or any suggestions for use other than a package of coffee along with a stirrer and a measuring spoon (bamboo),

The coffee is extremely weak with a watered down taste. Very disappointing.

it did not start off well. but once an actual human answered my questions I felt heard understand and informed. im very excited about starting my journey with your products... Thank you for making things clear and giving me a reason to be patient and wait.

Buyer beware. They charged my card. It took almost a month to receive. I was so frustrated with lack of response that I cancelled my first order before it even arrived. I was told it was in transit and I could not cancel. I responded by e mailing them and asking to cancel all future orders. To my amazement, they charged me $79 for second order. They told me they can't cancel this order because it was in transit. What a scam. It tastes horrible and they are forcing it on me. I had to cancel my credit card. What a hassle. Buyer beware.

I am enjoying it as my morning hot drink. Not sure if it gives me the octane start of coffee but it tastes good and has other benefits.It does not disagree with my gut
I do add a small amount of coffee sometimes but it really is good the way it is. I have not yet tried to have a cup in the late afternoon.

I’m still trying to cancel a subscription that I didn’t realize was added at checkout! So they’re sending me more product and it’s not my favorite product to begin with. I wanted to send it back for a refund and they stated that I can’t do that. So I really think their customer service is terrible which is so surprising because I have never encountered any so bad in a long time! Tried calling and no one answers the phone! Would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!
