Worst product ever. I ordered this as a one-time purchase. Then started receiving monthly. I have tried to cancel multiple times. They begin to send me non working links to cancel and my username/email address cannot be found. I had to filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. Please read the reviews for this merchant before you purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM.

I asked to cancel & not ship anymore after trial. I was charged & shipped more weeks after request & no one replied to my request. I also think it tastes terrible. Taste bad & would not drink it. Only company I have dealt with that won't take back unopened product

This was the worst mushroom coffee I have had. It just tasted really dirty and disgusting. I have reordered my previous mushroom coffee and I don’t even want to offer order of Erth to anyone to try. I’m sorry but taste is what means the most to me.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. I thought I was purchasing a trial package and had no idea it was a subscription. It took 30 days to receive my initial order and in that time they had already charged me for the second month, to which I did not agree. I had been emailing the customer services DAILY to get a refund, only to be told the order had already been processed and no refund could be given. Then was told I had to log in to my customer portal to cancel the subscription, but in the website there is no option to cancel, only indicates to email their customer support. It was a total run around and I eventually had to call my bank and file a dispute. Absolutely do not recommend buying from this company, and I haven’t even tried the dang product yet!

Because of budget, my planning, and too much product, I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was told to go to portal and cancel. Well, I am somewhat tech challenged and to make the situation easier, your team went ahead and cancelled my subscription in an effort to help me. Thank you so much for understanding. Your customer service is amazing.

I ordered the Introductory Package because unlike Ryze, there was "NO SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY! "
They immediately deducted $52.00 from my account and then took 28 days to ship their product. Before I received the first order, they deducted another $75.95, for what I do not know, without permission, having placed me in a subscription without giving me a choice!!
Earth Labs will inundate you with email ads, but only communicate little snippets of actual information. They may or may not respond to customer inquiries or requests!!

Non existent customer service. AI responses do not address the problems. Ai suggestions do not work for contacting company.

It took 4 emails to get some help. I was unhappy that I got stuck with a second shipment. I understood it was returnable with no questions asked!

Very quick response and helpful. Still have one missing package. But good support.

Hopefully have canceled our subscription after a few emails. No confirmation though

I don’t like the taste. There is no richness in the product. Even with only 8 oz of water it tastes watered down.

This product did everything it claims.
I’m more than satisfied.

There is no direct phone number to call to speak to a person if there is an issue, making contact impossible for immediate assistance.

Shipping time is terrible, took very long to arrive then box was crushed.

Did not appreciate the automatic monthly delivery without my knowledge or clearly communicated.
The product itself is good, but due to the above mentioned concerns, I’ll be looking into other options.

The only positive once I finally (took about 4 weeks) got my order it was an alright taste. Absolutely no value to the product though. Did nothing. I asked them multiple times about my order and just today, August 3… I ordered around the end of May, they responded they think my order was delivered!!! They also do stuff like after you order, offer you MUCH cheaper second and third bags… then never send them. So i wouldn’t do business with these guys. Or good luck if you do.

Well product good but come from China n take way to long get but product was as good as they say and it ever become american made I b fan ....!!!

My first order never arrived, after contacting support and letting them know; they got right on it and my replacement order arrived a few days later.
