Despite contacting your Customer Service? I have not received any satisfaction with getting my order filled. I starting to believe I have been scammed.

I am satisfied with customer service.
They answered very fast and helped to solve the problem.

I like the odor that wafts up as I open the bag; it doesn't smell like manure!!
The flavor is good, even black-not bitter or mushroom forward like many I've tried. The downside for me is that I think I may be allergic to the Ashwaganda!!:( I have multiple food & environmental allergens, but had never had that supplement before. I've been taking Benadryl 45 minutes before drinking , & it keeps reactions at bay; but it's not ideal for me & potentially dangerous. I hate that I'm going to have to cancel my subscription for that reason. You may sell more product if you consider leaving Ashwaganda out of your formulation due to allergens & also with it has similar effects as aspirin may make it unsuitable for many people on anti coagulant medications.

It’s been over 30 days since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for it. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Email has been my only recourse and you wait days for a response, if you get one at all. I would not recommend this company. I couldn’t tell you what the coffee tastes like.

First of all, let me say the coffee is very good. I do enjoy it. There was a small issue I had with the second purchase and after a couple weeks trying to communicate with somebody, someone finally got back to me and apologized, and I was very appreciative of that for them taking the time to not just dismiss my concerns.

Buyer beware, i Purchased a trial package did not sign up for any sub subscription however it was hidden in there somewhere. they don’t answer calls They don’t respond to texts, after contacting my credit card company that’s when they started responding. They’re pure crap. The stuff they send is garbage, the frother looked like something out of a crackerjack box. Buyer beware. They shipped and charge even after they said subscription was canceled. They make a bad for any company do business properly, if their are any company’s out there doing honest business, ERTH LABS is definitely not one. They only got one star because none wasn’t a choice 

The only negative thing I have to say so far is it took a long time to ship it. It was almost 15 days before I received the product.

Great tsste, I am still new but enjoy how good of taste it is.

The product is amazing so far. The taste alone is better than the rest.

18 days and I still haven’t received my order

Shipping was timely. I found the flavor a little weak even in 8 oz. of water. However it actually tastes good, which surprised me. I decided to try it as iced coffee and it worked fine. I’m considering trying it with coconut milk or coconut water, or oat milk.

The coffee is delicious, it has met and surpassed my expectations. Erth coffee, reduced/eliminated belly bloat, and I feel much clearer mentally. I had an issue with billing and they fixed it immediately. I WILL absolutely be ordering from them again.

Customer Service..!! And you came through when I really needed your “Help”.. And, going the appropriate “mile”.

I have not received my order

On 6/27. I received a part of my order. 5 items. There remains 2 items I have not received. Can this be addressed. Thank you.

Erth Labs has repeatedly ignored my request to cancel the subscription I was automatically enrolled into.
Their site does not allow me to access my account and they are ignoring my email requests.
My next action is to contact my bank and report fraudulent charges.
I would not become a customer if I was you. Which is a shame because the coffee was tasty. Too bad their customer service didn’t serve their customers, I may have continued to purchase their product.

Trying very hard to provide product and support.

Not delivered yet! Ordered on the 18th August. Sat in LA customs since 31st July. Tracking shows finally moving out today! Support doesn’t know what is going on. Just overall very poor service. Which doesn’t matter how good your coffee might be!!!!!!

I started using product and started having bad stomach pains. I have a bad heart and take 14 different medications, confronted doctor he said it a side affect from medication, stop taking product and went back to normal. Tried canceling orders, and returning three bags, with no luck.web site no user friendly for returns.

Delivery is not on time. Tracking says it's on time doesn't say where it's on time from. If you want to wait forever for something order this product.
